Always easy to schedule . Staff was quick, friendly and professional.  Nice to see Physician Assistant Nguyen. She’s great.

Knee buckled in stairs, unable to put weight on it. Able to get on wait-list before 9. Went home to wait until closer to available time. Using app, came in as last person ahead of me was in. Went in very shortly after. Great care from friendly staff. Brace, headed to x-ray, a new appointment next week with orthopedic office. Call back after x-ray. Very impressed!

My stomach was not feeling right for about a week Dr Khan and all her RNs were so kind and so helpful and caring. As a patient it made me feel in great caren

I had been sick for the past 10 days (still am and it’s still only getting worse) with symptoms only getting worse, not better. After a 4 hour wait, the medical assistant took testing before I ever saw the doctor. Once the doctor came in, he asked the same questions the medical assistant asked then left and no one returned to go over the test results and what diagnosis I had. I felt rushed out and had no idea what I even had. I had to try and figure out the discharge paperwork which looked like I either had everything they tested me for or none of it. Why would a doctor not go over test results with their patient? Everyone else was great there but the doctor clearly needs some work. He also prescribed a cough medicine that he insisted didn’t make you drowsy. When I filled it, the pharmacist put several labels on it saying it would cause drowsiness, so I couldn’t even take it when I truly needed it, at work. When I did take the medicine, it didn’t help at all with my cough.  I’m still getting worse but refuse to ever go back to Indigo Urgent Care. It was a waste of my time and the doctor could care less about you.

Continued coughing ing a blockage in sinuses. Needed Ned's to help . Dr evaluated condition and advised care and antibiotic.

I cut the ball of my ankle with a chainsaw. Right in the ball of my ankle. Not as bad as it sounds, but it's not the sort of injury our home first ade kit is prepared for. In and out of urgent care and on my way to the birthday party In 30 minutes or less. 10/10. Dr. Durkee fixed me up. He gave simplified instructions to care for the wound throughout the healing process

Woke up with a uti and was able to get in first thing.  This is my new go-to clinic.  All around awesome.

I went to another emergency urgent care and they were terrible, but this clinic was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be coming back to Covington. The staff was great and the doctor was very informative. I had pink eye and the first doctor. I went said he didn’t know what was going on that I should go to optometrist But the doctor in Covington. He knew exactly what it was. I’m so thankful for the staff and Doctor at Covington Urgent Care

I just needed an X-ray so my appointment was scheduled staff were very friendly and helpful from the very first person I met to the last person  I received good care and helpful advice  Thank you

Appointment not available and a long wait time for yesterday, but was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (today). Very little waiting time for my appointment and dr was not delayed. In and out very fast.
