Walked in and asked to be seen for a skin irritation on my face/eye, gave my I.D. & insurance, got checked in and seen, no problems, no questions, everyone was very nice and helpful. I was diagnosed with shingles, they prescribed me some antibiotics and sent me on my way. Woke up and my symptoms had worsened over night, so I schedule a virtual appointment. After speaking with the provider, it turns out my insurance is not accepted by your company and I was unable to proceed with virtual appointment. Called the location where I had been seen the previous day and asked why I was not informed my insurance would not be accepted before I was seen. They gave me a phone number to billing and told me to discuss it with them. Really hoping I will not be on the hook for a medical bill that I thought would be covered by insurance..

What an absolute amazing experience from an unfortunate accident I had. The staff of all woman at this facility was exceptional from the front desk, N.A., imaging to the doctor; excellent! Great balance of personal attention to the professionalism! Only suggestion is to clone each staff member to facilitate more patients. 5 stars!!!

Tried to do a scheduled visit the night before but couldn’t find anything for the next day (all the scheduled visits must have been taken that day/evening for the next day), so I did a walk in as soon as the facility opened at 8am the next day, was the 4th person in line and was told the wait could take up to 1 1/2hrs before I would be seen.  That was fine with me.   The staff were really polite and friendly. While waiting to be seen I filled out all the pre requirement paperwork on my phone, which made it quite convenient. Also while I was waiting I heard them checking in other people and the staff were STILL polite and courteous to each person, even the difficult one. They never lost their temper or composure the entire time they were dealing with that person and even got that person taken care of so the difficult person was happy with the result. Was taken back to the exam room and saw the nurse, told her what was going on with me.  She was very initiative to what I was telling her.  She was very polite and friendly the entire time, even offered me something to drink while I was waiting for the Doctor. Saw the Doctor, and he was very polite, initiative, and friendly.  Listened to what I had to say, he made sure that he understood exactly what I was telling him and got me taken care of. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience or visit.  Was there for a little over a hour and a half from start to finish.

The receptionist who checked me in was so helpful with all of my questions and emotions( I was in pain and quite emotional). She went above and beyond. The nurse/doctor I had also were fantastic. The second the doctor walked in the room she knew what my issue was and walked me through her reasonings and testing after she heard me out on my symptoms.
