My sore throat worsened  significantly and I was able to get an appointment to have it checked out early the next day.  The entire staff was very helpful and professional and check-in was timely. ARNP Katherine did a through checkup and diagnosis along with many helpful recommendations for treatment.  Nicely done!

This is my first visit to Washington state, and I have been experiencing health issues including headaches, a swollen throat with white patches on my left tonsil. Consequently, I sought medical attention at a highly-rated urgent care facility. I was seen promptly; the receptionist and LPN were both professional and courteous. However, the physician assistant (PA) Mackenzie who examined me exhibited a lack of thoroughness. The examination was cursory, omitting a standard throat palpation. While my symptoms were discussed, the PA's demeanor was dismissive. Following a negative strep test, I was instructed to rest and hydrate, without a definitive diagnosis. The lack of a comprehensive evaluation, coupled with a $250 self-pay fee for a 10-minute visit, left me dissatisfied. My overall experience has been negative, raising concerns about the quality of care received in this state.

Very easy and convenient to schedule. Did it online and it was seamless.  All staff from reception to nurses to nurse practitioner were exceptionally professional, polite, intelligent and personable. Would absolutely recommend this provider, it was a wonderful experience.

Waited for 45 min past my appointment time, but it was quick once I finally saw the provider. Was convenient to get xray on site.

My husband needed stitches removed. Your office put them in a week prior and we went to get them removed.  Everything was great at both visits.

I recently had an urgent care visit and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Dr. Mackenzie and the entire staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive. They listened carefully to my concerns about my cough and promptly suggested an X-ray to get a clearer diagnosis. When the X-rays showed that I had pneumonia, they acted quickly to prescribe the right medication for my recovery. I'm now on the road to feeling better, and I truly appreciate the excellent care I received. Thank you, Dr. Mackenzie and team, for your support and professionalism!
