The entire process from online check in, text message reminders to the actual appointment was fast and efficient. Staff were prompt and amazingly courteous. My symptoms were evaluated and a course of action prescribed and out the door in 20 minutes. Thanks again!

Everyone was super friendly and extra kind- the bedside manner was impeccable. But I had an appointment at six and didn’t end up leaving the office until 7:47. I didn’t end up going back into the room until at least 45 minutes after my appointment start time. With no communication on a delay I just think that might’ve been a kind thing to do. But overall, very satisfied with my visit.

My visit went well. Friendly intake staff (Michele) and attentive care from Catherine (?) White. The only speed bump was that the text notification instructed me to check-in online. I did. It verified that I was checked in and how many peop were queued ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes. Then went inside. Staff at front counter said that I needed to come inside to check in. Confusing and frustrating.

Scheduled appointment online day before. Showed up and provider didn’t even listen to my lungs.

The staff are great five stars.  It is misleading that going for a walk in didn’t explaine that I would be on stand by till the last scheduled appointment. That can mean over three hour wait with one person ahead of you

Worst case scenario was developing pink eye at work yesterday. Scheduled appt online last night and was seen this afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Less than 36 hours later, I have diagnosis and antibiotic. Very pleased with my experience!

Best experience with urgent care ever! Prompt efficient and friendly.

Sore and swollen wrist due to hard fall. Phoned in and got a “place” in virtual line. I filled out all paper work at home on my phone. Abt 3 hours later at home I was texted an appointment time. I arrived ten minutes early and was quickly admitted to an exam room. I was promptly seen by a med tech who asked a few good questions and then took three X-rays. Then the ARNP examined my wrist and reviewed the X-rays. No fractures were seen. I was told a Radiologist would review the X-rays and I would be told the results by tomorrow. I was fitted with a removable split on my wrist. I am very satisfied with efficiency, promptness, and expertise of my treatment. I strongly recommend this Indigo care in Gig Harbor.
