Everyone was really nice and it was nice to have a person that listened

I was able to get a same day appointment. The staff was so thorough and even researched a pharmacy that would be open late enough to get my medication. So thankful!

Came in just under an hour before closing and tests were taken quickly to get results as soon as possible. All staff were super kind and caring and efficient.

I was very disappointed with the PA bedside manners, her assessment incompetence and false documentation. I went in for removal of sutures and had some concerns about wound dehiscence to an area where a suture came out. The PA solution was to place steri-strip. Given the location and depth I disagreed, stating that I felt that it will not keep the wound closed and I felt that I was at greater risk for developing infection with her suggestion ( I’ve been a RN for 29 yrs with many years on a surgical floor, dealing with wound care and post op surgical pts).  The PA stated that she did not feel comfortable doing the stitches. I opted to go somewhere else for a second opinion, which I was told that steri-strip would not have closed that deep wound, given the location and the depth. In her documentation the PA stated that, she informed me that it was not advisable to re-suture the area due to risk of infection, while her correct statement to me was “I don’t feel comfortable suturing it”.  I specifically requested my appointment with Kathrine White ARNP when I made the appointment; since she placed the stitches and did an awesome job.  Will not recommend this PA or don’t know if I will return to this urgent care.

Got in next day and the staff was amazing and helped me out! Will definitely go back when I get sick again!

Had severe congestion for over a week I was able to get an appointment and was seen very quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. They were fast and provided my prescription to my pharmacy.
