All the HCWs I saw were great and very thorough. Bummer to be sick but grateful to have been seen quickly and to have a plan in place.

Alee (sp?): front desk was friendly and professional. Sylvia did a great job rooming me and getting vitals. Sarah (ARNP) was thorough and thoughtful..,and trustworthy. And Enrique did a fantastic job with X-rays. Overall, made an anxious time almost enjoyable.

Good experience easy o schedule clean and friendly

This urgent care is easy to schedule and convenient to get to. Plus the my chart links into my primary my chart. The staff is friendly and spends the time to answer all of my questions.

Really happy with the care we received today. The staff remembered us and spent a good amount of time talking with us. I really appreciated this.

I went into the clinic for a simple stitch (5stitch)removal, I was chastised by the lead medical professional for following the care instructions provided by the actual hospital, but more unfortunate was the tech who quickly but luckily carefully yanked my stitches out. She then smeared some goop around the wound, placed a thin cheap bandaid over the top and told me I could leave. I was a Little confused since whatever substance she smeared near the wound was preventing adhesion of the Band-Aid leaving me with essentially a freshly healed stab wound and a dangling Band-Aid, and this person was a little rudely asking me to leave at this point. I asked her if she could use some sort of bandage material to at least secure the Band-Aid to my hand so I didn't lose it on the way out and to my utter shock she asked where my other bandage that I had come in with was that she wanted to put back on!!! This was a coban self adhesive dressing I'd come into the clinic wearing, same as the emergency room gave me and the same dressings I had been wearing until then. Nothing on the 3M website indicates these are multi use. She began looking around for my old bandage and asking where I put it when I informed her the previous medical professional had probably properly discarded of it as she should became immediately frustrated with me and began angrily searching for the necessary items for her to do her job. Quite frankly I think the most disgusting part of this aside from the lack of training of your staff is the fact that this "person" definitely would have put an old used bandage back on me if someone smarter than her hadn't thrown it away already. Absolutely disgusting.

My prescription was never called into my pharmacy and after 24 hours I just decided to buy something over-the-counter

The wait took a bit of time, but the friendliness, and care of the staff is top notch.
