Very professional as always. It's no fun being sick but with this urgent Care nearby makes life a lot easier. Professional friendly and definitely skilled personnel makes your visit here nice.

I got bit by a hurt stray cat. It had bit through my fingernail and was deep so I wanted to have it looked at. I called first to make sure they accepted my insurance (they did) but the person on the phone didn’t offer to help me set up an apt. I had to go online to do it. Lucky for me there was one opening left which I took. Once in the office the person that checked me in (not the person from the phone call) was very nice and even got me a cup of coffee. They were running a bit behind (15min, not too bad at all) but that is to be expected for an emergency office. Once in the exam room the nurse was the sweetest person! Very personable and professional. The doctor was very nice and cleaned my finger up and prescribed antibiotics as a precaution. Over all I am extremely satisfied with the care I got. Hopefully I won’t have to be back anytime soon but if I did I would definitely go back.

My daughter had a rash and she has a lot of health problems. But the doctor saw my worry and called me right away as soon as he got my test results.

After having seen 3 doctors at Optum, finally I went to Multicare, Immediately I was given a diagnosis of shingles, Lab tests were taken to confirm, I was given an antiviral medication and was not laughed at!! Thank you so much!!!

Everything was great but nothing was done, was recommended to primary care which was disappointing because I can’t stand my primary, they do very little to nothing for me, so to be told to go to them was upsetting. Other than that everything was pleasant. Thanks.

Indigo is our go-to when I’m unable to get a same day appointment with our PCP. Both my children, husband and I have all had good experiences with indigo. They are caring, attentive, knowledgeable people who have been consistent with providing my whole family when we have a suspected illness or injury. Hours are convenient and I appreciate the online booking!

I stopped in the Lake Stevens location after I was sent home from work due to lower back pain. The friendly receptionist got me on the schedule for 3pm. I was only home for a few short minutes and I received a text that they had an appointment for me in 20 minutes. The provider, the nurse, the assistant and reception were all so kind and easy to talk to. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a walk in clinic. I highly recommend.
