The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. Our MA walked us out and held the door for us and was comforting our whole time there! I was also given extra reading material to help me remember everything we talked about during my appointment. One of the best experiences I’ve had at an urgent care.

Professional care, very quick and thorough, and very friendly staff! There was a bit of a wait to be seen but the online reservation helped to shorten the wait time compared to if we just walked in.

The staff I encountered (two on the video call and one over the phone) were incredibly real - super cool balance of personable and professional. Super impressed. It was easy to "schedule" the appointment, but it was a little tricky getting in. I didn't know I had "paperwork" to fill out until a few minutes before my appointment when I clicked the link in the text to join. YIKES! I got that all done, then tried to join again only to findout my "browser" wasn't supported. Chrome. Really? Panicking, thinking I wasn't going to get in, I sent the link to my email and found a laptop to try to do everything with. Meanwhile someone called me and assured that I would be seen and it was okay. (Suggested I download the SOLV) app. As a first time user of this system, the staff was INCREDIBLE. The communication about what was expected from a technology point of view was lacking. Thank you for having this service!

The staff was amazing except for dr Nico. He came in almost annoyed and condescending. He seemed confused why I was there and clearly didn't even read the notes the nurse had taken. Maybe he was just having a bad morning, but his bedside manner could use some work.

I came in and everyone from the front desk, MA, PA and Xray tech were super nice and clear on what they needed and what to expect. They were all a blessing. 12 out of 10 experience.

I had a massive headache and fever for nearly 4 days and was lucky to get a cancelation after calling back. I originally showed up to the clinic at 10:30 am and was told " We're at full capacity for the day and not seeing anymore patients". When I was seen and treated Sara and the Doctor were very professional and gave me shot to relieve my pain and offered a very positive experience after the bumpy start.

Scheduled an appointment in the middle of the night, went in and was seen right away, amazingly kind people - every single one of them. Really appreciate this location. I don’t remember the nurses name (an absolute doll) but she said Zac would be in to see me shortly.

The care and cleanliness and everything was great. I was annoyed with the wait time considering we made an appointment. The entire experience took over an hour just to see the doctor for 5 minutes.

The staff was truly caring, especially answering all my crazy questions. Very helpful as well!
