Every time I need help they give the absolute best service. They're so fast getting you in and seeing you and they really go above and beyond you can tell they care. I feel like a lot of places aren't like that anymore so it's so nice to get this experience here especially when you aren't well. Jillease (I hope I spelled it right) was so very helpful. Highly recommend Indigo urgent care in Lake Stevens. So easy to schedule, so quick to get results and medicine.

I had 2 sick kiddos who needed to be seen and only 1 appointment was available. They let me know that they would try to see both but it was busy and there was no guarantee. When we came in they were able to squeeze both of them in. The kids didn’t feel well and were very crabby and the staff was so patient and kind. We thanked them profusely but we really hope they know how absolutely appreciative we are. Thank you!!

Walk-in wait time was very short, the staff at the front desk and the techs were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The wait time was really long for having made an appointment ahead, 66 minute wait time for 5 minutes of “care”. Provider Niko was not a pleasant person to see, I’ve been sick for 3 weeks and this was my second visit during this sickness, Niko was not caring and at times he was even demeaning because I didn’t know the difference between chest tightness and shortness of breath. I would absolutely not recommend him. Other than that experience I’ve have great visits at this location.

The staff at both the Marysville & Lake Stevens locations were exceptionally friendly & accommodating in scheduling me for an appointment for a suspected chest cold or possible pneumonia. The physician was very efficient & straightforward in his assessment & I appreciated this. It's good to know that such a place is nearby when a person is in need.

The scheduling process was slow, ended up doing an online appointment. I then had to return for a swab that I knew I was going to need before the appointment. The staff was kind and friendly though.

The diagnosis provided by Dr.Nico was not clear for my 2year old. Diagnosed for a upper respiratory viral infection without any tests.

The staff always feel like real people that care instead of just being care providers. I always feel so comfortable here, and scheduling is a breeze. 10/10 recommend.
