I rarely visit urgent cares but this visit was exceptional. I was greeted by friendly staff, a clean facility and a very short wait time. Staff was kind and efficient. Great quality care

Scheduled our appt was was pulled back at least 1/2hr late just to be told they wouldn’t be treating my daughter because it was too early to tell what was going on- even though her sister had just been treated for croup. Nurse that checked us in would also ask about symptoms and mark what she thought the symptoms were as opposed to what I had said- why even ask me then? I was then told if things change take her to her pediatrician, why would I waste my day at urgent care to be told they wouldn’t do anything and to make an appt somewhere else.

Easy to schedule. And everyone to the receptionist, to the nurse, to the PA was very welcoming and nice. I felt like I got good care. I highly recommend.

Personally upset with the after care I have a terrible viral infection and can’t stop coughing or sleep or stop the body aches no matter what I do. I really think I need a cough syrup to sleep and reduce the night sweats cough and fever but hell what do I know. No doctor ever listens to the patient

Everyone was courteous and attentive to my issues. They were fantastic.

Had a concern with my eye.  They were able to get me in timely and resolve the concern.

The wait was longer than expected but I did receive a text letting me know they were running behind, which was really helpful. I know the wait was probably longer due to the time of year, so much junk going around.  It was really nice to have hot or g Ct old Beverage choices and even a snack if that would have been needed.  The staff was very friendly and caring. We WILL use them again if our primary care doctor is out-of-town.  I would highly recommend them.

The provider, Travis Hunt is a really nice man, and very competent and friendly. The nurse was great, too.

We appreciated the providers apology for the extremely long wait time. He was kind an courteous. We were completely patient and understanding of a more emergent patient coming in and bumping our appointment time. Even though I provided the MA with the correct pharmacy, she did not input it correctly and our prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Accidents happen, we were again understanding. However, when I called to see if I could get this corrected, I spoke with the same MA who had taken down the information and instead of admitting the mistake, she insisted she had taken down the information correctly. When I attempted to ask a follow up question, she hung up on me, mid question. When I called back, assuming this must have been an accident, she made it clear that it was not an accident and she was extremely rude with the rest of the conversation. After we had already been so patient, it was shocking to be treated like this. We usually have a good experience with Indigo, but we will not go back to the Liberty Lake location. I will be looking into initiating a formal complaint as well.

We were at this office for over 90 minutes just to have my son seen for a sore throat and fever, and we had an appointment. At first, we were not fully checked in after waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room until it was noticed we weren’t checked in. Then we waited in the patient room for over 45 minutes just to get a strep test back and finally see the doctor. We won’t be coming back, as the other urgent care a little farther from our house is much more organized and faster.
