Have been feeling poorly with respiratory issues for 12 days, booked same day which is nice,  staff was very polite and helpful; but the provider visit was vastly different from my previous experiences.  Even though I indicated how long I had been sick, the provider just assumed it was influenza and back to back viral infections.  Spent more time talking about how they make the influenza vaccine than anything else.  He was nice and I I can appreciate the desire to share info but it was irrelevant. I was vaccinated and I was exposed to it over the holidays.  He didn’t tell me the influenza tests and C19 were negative, I looked it up in my chart when home.  Only prescribed steroids to treat lung inflammation and some cough meds.  I have been taking cold medicine for 11 days with to treat symptoms with no relief in sight.  I am just frustrated, I am not feeling well and he didn’t listen to me.  No blood work ordered; just a chest X-ray ( presented as ‘I guess we could’ and not definitive ‘let’s do this’). Didn’t look at my chart to know I am a multi care client and didn’t look at my previous history.  And the visit took over 2 hrs with most of my time sitting alone in the room, no one checked in on me and absolutely no real answers.  I am disappointed.

MA was kind and quick. Provider was kind and fast. In and out just how I like it explained things well and was amazing. Front office as well.

I have always had excellent care here! If I could have them as my primary care doctor I would!

The staff at the indigo maple valley urgent care are totally amazing! I enjoyed working with all of them & they didn’t quit until everthing was finished to make me feel better.

The wait was longer than originally expected, which was tiredsome with 2 small, sick children, but the MA Yen was very sweet and caring. She offered my children snacks and drinks to occupy them. They were happy, so I was happy. I will always recommend Indigo.

My daughter woke up feeling horrible and puking non- stop, was able to get her an appt right away. They let us know when her room was available so we could stay in the car till then. Met with a very kind and compassionate nurse and then our wonderful Dr Darby! She was awesome! She listened and the checked her out and communicated everything followed by what we could expect and what could follow after she was feeling better. Let us know everything ahead of time as we went. Turned out to be Flu type A.

Was greeted by a beautiful Gigi at the front desk before we were quickly escorted back to our suite. Had amazing care from Yen, Maria, and Bianca - does this place only hire ex models?? Jennifer FNP (is the F for fantastic?) is the simply the triple threat - kind, so smart, and gorgeous. Love this Indigo! Always as reliable as Grandma's cast iron skillet!

Woke up feeling absolutely horrible! Turned out to be Flu A, ear infections and a horrible cough that kept me up for a few nights. They gave me a breathing treatment in the room, prednisone to jump start it and called in antibiotics, inhaler and pills for the cough. I felt much better with the breathing treatment by the time I left the office. Great bedside manner and listened to how I was feeling and I felt like they addressed my concerns. Highly recommend!
