I had tried to get an appointment at my primary care and another local urgent care a was not successful. Luckily Indigo urgent care was able to get me in! Wait times were crazy but they made it easy by keeping the waitlist updated online and texting me when it was nearly my turn to be seen. This was an overall positive experience during a very busy time for illnesses.

Scheduled online to reduce wait time. Came in about 15 minutes early and got right in. Nurse and doctor were very nice and thorough. Very nice experience.

With this being a busy season for sick littles I was impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff was! The office was clean and they even had snacks! Best experience ever with my youngest, didn’t have to wait long and we were followed up on all the way till the test results were back! Very appreciative and thankful!

Wanted to see the doctor asap. They had many people in line but called me back and scheduled a visit. I’m beyond thankful for their time. Service and professionalism levels are perfect. Thanks for a great care.

My son developed ear pain suddenly on a Sunday evening right before Christmas. Gigi, Trinity, and Dale assisted us right away with kindness and expertise. My son who was in pain and disappointed in the beginning of his winter break was laughing and so much more comfortable under your care. Thank you for helping him and his stressed out parents this holiday season. Really excellent job and so  much appreciated!!

Staff was very professional caring and polite from front desk staff to MA to PA. This is my go to urgent care in the area! I am always pleased by staff's great patient care! They all work long hours and many holidays. I hope they are getting a well deserved nice holiday bonus!!

Great experience from check-in, meeting with the nurse, and then seeing the doctor. I felt my concerns were addressed well. I am a return patient and every visit to this urgent care has been a very positive one! I highly recommend this urgent care. It is the best one I have ever visited!

Quick in and out with friendly staff. Only downside is the app did not update my insurance info

The assistant and/or nurse didn’t seem particularly comfortable working with kids, and the provider came across as overly aggressive and lacking patience with scared, anxious children. My son was resistant to the oral and ear exams, and I felt the provider was too forceful in their approach, focusing on “getting the job done” rather than handling the situation with care. While I understand the need to complete the examination, a bit more patience and understanding would have been greatly appreciated, especially given how ill, tired, and frightened my child already was.
