I had a misdiagnosis from my visit last week. Was told I probably had cellulitis but visit today confirmed what I thought I had...a broken bone in my foot. The staff today took a more thorough look.

The providers heard all my symptoms and didn’t stop running tests until the issue was identified. I really appreciate the thorough approach and I am glad my wife convinced me to see a doctor.

By far the best experience I’ve had being at any urgent care- every staff member I came into contact with was so kind and attentive. I made sure to tell them so and am leaving a review here so you all know too! As far as scheduling and wait time, I called and had them put me on the waitlist to be seen, then was able to putter around my house until it was time to go in. Zero stress.

Great staff there!  Very nice people and the wait time was reasonable. As I waited in the room, somebody came in to check on me and give me an update on the wait time, which I liked a lot.

Wait time was long and I had an appointment. Clinic was freezing cold.

Appointment was scheduled for 6pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken back to a room until 6:30pm. I had to wait about another 20 minutes before being seen. Once I was seen it was good but the wait times are really long. Have two providers working might help to speed up the wait times. The nurse was super friendly and great. The front desk worker was not very friendly

I came in to your facility today after a hard fall yesterday the nurse and office staff were very friendly, I waited a long time after xray when doctor song came in I told him what happened he pressed where I told him it hurt 2 times and said that nothing showed up on the xray but if the radiologist finds anything later he would prescribe something for pain control,  I didn’t come to you for that and I felt as if he thought I was drug seeking instead of treating me as a person I will not be back really not a good way to treat someone,  Thank you

Everyone was very nice. They were able to see my husband also. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. I feel much better already. I would recommend going to this provider.

The Dr I had seen was very thorough for the limited time we had, and forgive me for any misspelling of his name, I believe it’s Dr Parmimder. I appreciated him explaining what could be happening and checking with blood tests.
