Front desk staff seemed extremely annoyed I was a walk in with my daughter and didn’t have an appointment. She was very short with her responses and didn’t seem friendly at all. Which is frustrating when you call and they say they wake walk ins. I didn’t have my insurance card on me so I asked if she could take the Information from my other daughters account and copy it since both of my kids are on the same insurance plan and she acted like I was asking her to work overtime. It was early. My kids was sick. And it was frustrating.  Back of the house Medical assistant and Dr were great.

Best service ever very friendly, kind understandable. They were able to book an appointment for me at the last minute very committed.

When scheduling, they worked around my other appointments and errands, which was great. When I checked in, they had all my information and I was able to do the balance on my phone while waiting. That saved time. The MA and  provider did not waste any time and got right to the point to find out what was wrong with me. I like talking, but I also like to get right to it.

The nurses were very kind and the arnp was nice as well. I appreciated how clean the area was.

I have been struggling with upper respiratory congestion and the staff and Dr Sondra was very attentive explaining her assessment and did an xray ruling out pneumonia.   I had a great experience

From beginning checking in with Korina it was pleasant she was kind and even offered beverages while I was waiting to be seen I was roomed with Emily she was really nice and I was seen by Dr. Sandoe which she answered my concerns I was discharged by Agi she was really polite and explained my aftercare visit. This is an amazing team I always have great experience coming to this location they are really great especially the provider Dr.Sandoe she she is the best and also the whole staff .

Staff was great, friendly, and direct communicators.

Was able to get in and out and a little reassurance for the kid.

They only had one doctor and I was on the waiting list, but because I live close to the location, staff let me go home to wait. They texted me with a cancellation so that I got a definite appointment and although it was a four hour wait I was in and out of the clinic in 20 minutes. The provider considered my other diagnoses when prescribed an antibiotic. I appreciate the staff’s kindness and compassion.

The Dr & staff at Indigo are outstanding.   Morgan was so friendly & made you feel comfortable.   Thank you to all.
