Paul PA-C was very attentive and super considerate. He made me feel the wait time worth and I appreciate the care of him and his team.

Scheduling for the following day was easy. I confirmed my appointment and arrived on time. Checking in was seamless as they had my Insurance information. The practictioner diagnosed my issue quickly and sent a prescription to my pharmacist. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care. They are very professional, supportive and do things right.

I’ve been suffering from terrible knee and shoulder pain that’s been recently exacerbated by skiing. First they told me that they weren’t going to address both issues and I needed to choose one or the other. I had to literally beg them to take an x-ray of both! After my persistence of needing to get some answers as to what was causing so much pain, he reluctantly agreed to x-ray both but was extremely curt afterwards. Once the x-rays were completed I was brought back to the room and heard the doctor out in the hallway tell the medical assistant that he sees “no obvious signs of fracture” and I’m “free to leave.” No follow up, no explanation of what he thinks might be going on, or any suggestions other than earlier when he referred me to ortho. I was confused so I asked the medical assistant if I could speak to him and at this point when he came back in the room he was clearly annoyed. I asked about taking a steroid and his condescending explanation was so over the top. He reminded me that his assistant already told me that they don’t give steroid injections and I clarified that I meant an oral version. At this point he sat down in a chair so we were now sitting pretty close and at eye level. He reiterated what he had already told me like I was some kind of idiot! I was so rattled and confused I just stood up and walked out. I’ve never been treated like that by ANY medical professional and I was floored to find out he was an actual MD. His name is Stephen Durkee and if you’re seen by him don’t expect much. We all know how much an urgent care visit is and this to me is unacceptable. One final note, the medical assistant was very friendly and professional.

The whole experience was fast and absolutely amazing.

It was rough getting an appointment today but, I get it, everyone and their dog and cat are sick! They were great with me! I just felt bad that they had to turn away walk-ins at the door. Thankful I remembered to book online. Care was wonderful as always!

I went there with a severe back pain. The medical assistant Marie was amazing. She was so sensitive to my needs and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was super good too.  The place is very neat and well maintained.

Friendly staff, easy to check in. Nice surprise being treated so nice in a world that no one cares anymore.
