Visited for a suspected C.Difficile. Provider and medical staff was A++.

Upon visiting the multi-care clinic, I sought medical attention due to a self-inflicted injury involving a 18-gauge Brad nail piercing my left thumb the previous day. The resulting swelling, redness, and pain prompted me to seek professional evaluation to ascertain the possibility of infection. The check-in process was remarkably efficient, and I was promptly examined. Subsequently, I underwent diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, and received comprehensive care.

First time using this facility. Was called earlier than expected. Virtually no waiting. Felt comfortable and at ease with employees. Will recommend this to everyone!

The staff at the Poulsbo office are so kind and helpful. I appreciate each and every one of them!

They were great. Went in with a swollen face. They took great care of me. Staff was very nice.

Needed prescription strength cough medication for an increasingly bad cough with cold. This location is the only urgent care for a large area so they are very busy. Other than a very long wait (left and cake back), everybody was very friendly, helpful and great. I would use this location again, but call first to get on the wait list in advance.

I like that you schedule a visit Nd come back when they text you.  It’s down on waiting time in waiting room. Staff very fr.

I was able to walk-in when the doors opened and get seen right away. The staff and healthcare workers were very empathetic and respectful. The place was spotless. Thru active listening they were able to diagnose my problem quickly and provide a plan of care I could do at home along with a prescription I was able to fill at a local pharmacy. I would recommend this provider.

We walked in and got immediately added to the waitlist. We were warned right away it was a busy day, there were a lot people in front of us, and that we could go home and be contacted later.  It was about 5 hours later but I couldn’t have asked for it to be handled better. And the quality of care we receive is well worth the wait!

My husband collapsed and injured his knee on Sunday. Didn’t notice any swelling or pain that evening but the next morning his knee was swollen and painful.  So I called urgent care and was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. The staff was very helpful and kind, as well as prompt (not that common these days). Check in was a breeze!! We await the radiology report to see next steps. We would recommend this urgent care facility.
