Amazing staff that go beyond their work 💕 One of the staff walked with me to my car to help me with my baby and toddler.

Visiting from out of town and wasn’t sure what to expect but had a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff and nice modern facility.

Uncontrollable itch that kept me up throughout the night. Looked for urgent care and came upon the location in Redmond with a lot of available appointment times. So glad for the urgent care right away. Super friendly medical staff who genuinely cared about me.

Just had to wait a half hour past my appointment time.  The rest was quick and very efficient!  Lovely staff. They were kind and caring. Amber NPRN and Dalia  we’re excellent.

I visited this urgent care facility with my 10-year-old, who was experiencing ear pain, stomach discomfort, and nausea. Despite arriving close to closing time, the staff was exceptionally accommodating and promptly checked us in. Both the nurse practitioner and the assistant nurse were incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough during the examination. They took the time to explain the diagnosis clearly and provided detailed guidance on the next steps for treatment. I was especially impressed with how efficient this facility was compared to others in the area. Their professionalism and care made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Took sick child in. Explained symptoms explained he has a constant cough that gets worse to infection point every winte. Doctor immediately said he has croup without even examining him 1st. I said every year he has croup and doctor said yes it's viral. As someone who works in Healthcare yes statistically you could get croup multiple times but seems unlikely if he would experience ce it every winter all winter long. Didn't feel really heard. When doctor diagnosed him before exam or health history.

When I decided to make an appointment the night before, only the site in Redmond had a lot of time slots available, while other sites are out. They took good care of my son’s wound.

NP was great- very friendly and thorough. Check in was fine but not particularly welcoming.
