I work in healthcare. Thus was one of the best experiences I’ve had with urgent care. The staff at this clinic is your dream team. The provider was excellent.

I had been sick with a cold for a few days and suffering from sinus pain. I was able to book an appointment as soon as I woke up and the entire appointment took less than 20 minutes there was essentially no wait time and staff was very attentive

I have been sick for about eight days so decided to make a same-day appointment at this urgent care. I arrived. The woman checking me in was super nice. Got me all checked in. They got me right into a room Dave the medical assistant was really kind. Talked about how much he loved his job and I love hearing that. The nurse practitioner who saw me was thorough, and on top of it. Everyone there was just really truly wonderful. It was fast and efficient and I really appreciated that.

My son came out with no medicine to help him with his symptoms. I paid 30 bucks for this dr to say he has a virus and there isn’t anything she can do and then gives him ideas for OTC meds. Really? I would like a refund for my 30 dollar copay or a rescheduled appt with another provider tomorrow. Have a manager call me.

Great service. Dr. Amber is very knowledgeable and Hoda very helpful. The rest of the staff were also great.

Went through the process and doctor said they won’t be able to do anything since they don’t have tools for vision. Then directed me to ER, which doesn’t make sense. At least you should be able to tell whether my eyes got infected or not! Not a good experience.

Everyone at Indigo is always so professional. Even though I did not feel good, it was such a pleasant experience. So grateful for Indigo and the staff!!

Woke up not feeling great today and was able to see someone within 20 minutes of walking in. The entire care team treated me so very well. They are like a crew of angels. The provider Wendy was thorough and thoughtful. She listened to all of my concerns. Best urgent care in Redmond.

The whole care team was pleasant, friendly and super caring. Loved the experience. I had an X-ray scan as well, and was out in under 30 mins after being seen. Definitely recommend the urgent care clinic.
