Came as a walk-in, given options but decided to wAit and was seen earlier than expected. Staff very calm, friendly, and efficient.

The scheduling and in person experience was very good - efficient and friendly. Would recommend. The questions I was asked in completing the registration felt over the top, however. Why should you care about - and make it requried for me to tell you - my marital status or religion? Several others also felt irrelevant. Would recommend much reducing those fields.

Everyone at the Rainier Ave clinic was so helpful in taking care of my 1st grader & making her feel comfortable, but Jocelyn/Josselin was especially heart-warming & kind. She was such a natural at speaking with her & getting her situated, & the experience made our day that much easier. Thank you all again!

I came in with a fever and a bump on my c section scar. The PA saw those as related and her recommendation was to take oral antibiotics to see if they help with the infection. I told her that killing my micro biome just to test whether there is an infection is not acceptable to me and that I need confirmation that there is actually an infection before taking antibiotics. I also expressed doubt that the fever and the bump are related and asked to run flu and Covid tests. Upon checking the bump in an ER the same day, it turned out that the bump was a small hematoma and not an infection at all, so antibiotics were not needed. And the fever was from Covid as confirmed by the test which I requested. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this urgent care for medical advice.

My face started swelling one morning and I needed immediate care. I called indigo and they were able to see me within an hour of calling. Never had a quick urgent care visit until today! I would definitely recommend!!

I went to Indigo for a second visit for the same ear infection. This time me I saw Michelle. She was wonderful. She listened to me, changed the medication and added one. After only two days I’m starting to feel a difference. The staff is always courteous, friendly and extremely efficient. My prescriptions are always called into the pharmacy even before I leave the office.  I really value this place. They bill my insurance and seldom make me wait more than a day or two to get in. I actually prefer it to my insurance physicians. BTW I was offered an appt in my network for an INFECTION in 4 months!  Unbelievable.
