This is the second time we go to this location. Nurse and the doctor were very friendly, professional and hearing all my concerns. Very profesional team. Fully recommended.

Staff immediately recognized that I was having a cluster headache and solved it quickly - after the hour long wait in the brutally bright, loud lobby.

When urgent issues pop up with our children it’s critical we find true urgent care. We were cared for in every way. My daughter was scheduled, greeted, addressed, diagnosed, cared for, and sent on her way in the most kind, respectful, and thorough manner I have ever seen. We all HIGHLY recommend Indigo Urgent Care!!!

Ashlan was AMAZING! Give her a raise! She was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. I usually have experience with providers invalidating me but she was incredible and ready to help in any way she could. I really am so grateful!

walked it without an appointment so I waited a bit. but the office was super clean, everyone was very friendly, and they made sure to help me find an open pharmacy nearby so I could get the meds that night!

Scheduled an appointment because of a blocked ear, which popped on its own. Not wanting to ignore being deaf in one ear overnight I confirmed my appointment. The medical assistant Jess was so friendly and put me at ease immediately. She was quick, thorough and was willing to work with me and my mask (yay!)  Very happy with the visit and very glad I did come in.

I was able to schedule a very convenient and prompt appointment this morning. The check in process was flawless. There was virtually no waiting time to be seen first by the medical assistant, Casey, and then by the NP, Kay. Both Casey and Kay were excellent. They were very personable, professional, explained everything that was going on, and provided excellent care. Overall, this was an excellent experience provided by very professional and caring staff. I would recommend the Wallingford Urgent Care to anyone including friends and family. (Please note that this review was written by a retired internal medicine physician).

My care team was wonderful and I was seen promptly within my appointment time. My RN, Casey, was very kind and listened to my concerns with my strained muscle. He prescribed an NSAID injection and muscle relaxers and assured me I would feel better promptly (I did). My MA, another Casey, was just as kind and sweet to me. When I had to lower myself to the bed for the injection, I started to cry in pain and assured me to let it out and not to feel embarrassed. I waited for 10 minutes for any side effects and both Casey's had a genuine feel of concern for my pain. Thank you both so much, I'm feeling much better. The two folks who checked me in where also very accommodating with beverages and ice packs for relief. Keep up the good work, y'all! I'll be back (hopefully not too soon). I would completely recommend my care team to anyone.
