Bless this urgent care so much! long story short due to the negligence of my pcp and the health company they work for i ran out of blood pressure meds. i came into this clinic frustrated and angry after fighting all day to try and get a refill. the receptionist was kind and patient despite my visible irritation that i was trying not to take out on her because none of this was her fault. she said it would be a 2.5hr wait so. i sat down to fill out my forms and begin the waiting. within about 10 mins this literal angel had secured me an opening right away and the medical assistant and nurse practitioner were both thorough and efficient and i got my prescription refilled and was on my way. i didn’t get her name but the assistant who works at the front desk is a miracle worker! the biggest shout out to her for saving my day

Had a really bad cough that I couldn’t shake so I went in to the walk in clinic and was seen that day, it took about 5 hours to be seen but after signing in I was able to wait at home until it was my time to come in. Staff is friendly and professional.
