Jared at front desk was very kind. He kept us updated of wait time . He checked on us frequently as we waited additional 15 -20 minutes from our scheduled time. Provided us with reason for wait. Provider Jason was very attentive and listened. Provided very good care.

my medical assistant Maritza was beyond rude and I won’t come back. I heard them discussing their other coworker and then their manager and then she was almost offended I had state insurance and that I was there because she googled “low cost and affordable insurance” after I said I had Molina insurance. Implying I can’t afford it. The fact was that I was mainly worried the infection was getting worse, I was not there for any sort of pain meds I just wanted to make sure I wouldnt go septic because the mouth is straight to your blood stream. She then came in to give me a written on napkin with dental companies. On a literal napkin. I took a picture because I am truly in shock. But Michael was absolutely wonderful and took great care of me! I have nothing but good things to say about him

Going on 2 weeks of respiratory illness that turned into sinus infection. Didn't have to wait long and Dr Mike was quick and efficient. He listened to my issues and addressed them. The next morning I felt 100% better after starting meds!

Great place to seek urgent care. All medical staff go above and beyond.However, it’s hard to get in on the day of your need.

Booking super easy. Empty facility and to wait to check in.... then wait to be brought back and then provider. Wasn't brought back till after appointment time even though I got there early. Only person besides staff I saw while there was not a patient. They looked to be salesman or tech person, staff said bye and thanked them and said see if you in a coupe weeks. Being the only patient and the fact that you accept walk ins.... I wouldn't assume getting there early would be a big deal and be told that I could have a seat in the empty waiting room and they would check me in closer to appointment time.

Doctor’s bedside manner was bad, seemed impersonable, cane after me scolding me for not wanting a flu or covid test, he pressured me and that was rude of him.

The staff at Indigo Shadle are amazing! Extremely nice and very understanding! If it were an option, I would use this office as my PCP. Truly thankful for how caring they are. Highly recommend.

Went in to have my ears irrigated due to wax buildup.I was seen promptly and my ears were taken care of efficiently.All the staff was excellent and cordial A pleasant experience overall.

The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen.

The nurses here are always great with my daughters who have extreme anxiety when it comes to swab testing. They do an amazing job here.
