All the staff was very friendly except the receptionist. She seemed upset I showed up and huffed the whole time I was checking in. I tried to be as friendly as possible and was still treated poorly. The woman who brought me into the room was the opposite she was friendly and personable. I really enjoyed my experience with her. Care was great the doctor was friendly and to the point. I would recommend the provider and assume the receptionist was just having a bad night.

The staff was very friendly. Had an extremely sore throat and the suggestions provided by the doctor were not helpful. I’ve explained that I’ve been sick like this before and explain what has helped me in the past. I felt like that I information was ignored and I was told to drink tea with honey. I can hardly talk and struggling to swallow due to throat swelling. Now I am on day 3 of feeling this way and will have to miss work due to no medicine/solutions provided by the doctor.

First time going to this location. Check in lady didn’t properly check me in. Didn’t want to interact with me. Second staff member checked me in correctly. Medical assistant was somewhat ok during vitals, but upon return to room to collect sample, she was not nice. The physician assistant was kind, did a thorough exam and took good care of me. Gave me a treatment plan and next steps. He made up for how poorly the rest of staff treated me. The lobby was unusually small. Had about 5 or 6 chairs with no real standing room. I was dizzy, lightheaded, in pain and had to stand while patients on waitlist were seated. Not a big deal as I didn’t want to sit near anyone contagious. One guy got mad when I was somewhat close to his seat and his lady friend had to tell him to stay calm. I got out of there quick afterwards. He was vomiting and seemed hostile. Didn’t feel safe at this location compared to Ruston, which is were I usually go.

Took a while for them to get me in and once I got there I was also waiting because of some insurance troubles which also was really unfortunate but not their fault. I just am disappointed because I was told that I just have a virus, when I think it is something more serious and identifiable. I was given no meds so I’m kind of just struggling right not and feel really unwell.
