Receptionist was awesome with check-in. The attending PA, Elisabeth, was fantastic with diagbosis and explaininf the treatment plan.

The staff and care provider were excellent. My only issue is that urgent care seems to be a misnomer. Walk-ins routinely turned away, must have an appointment…defeats the purpose doesn’t it?

i went in to get my blood drawn for a TB test and the person who attempted to draw my blood couldn’t find my vein. and was “digging around” in my arm to find it which was extremely painful. she never found the vein and when i went to a different office to get it done my vein was almost an entire inch away from where she was trying to find it.

Kind, Courteous and Super Quick! Would definitely come back in the future for urgent care needs. Thank You!

My daughter woke up with symptoms of a UTI, we came to Indigo on Division and were promptly checked in. Shortly thereafter my daughter needed to pee and the thoughtful and efficient woman working the desk (Michelle I think) gave us the supplies for a UA sample even before we were seen! I so appreciate this since my daughter is only 7 and waiting for her to pee later for a sample could have taken much longer. We were called back shortly thereafter, Sapryra (spelling?) was our MA and was so kind and made my daughter smile even though she wasn’t feeling well. Then Elizabeth PA came in and already had the UA results! She was soooo good with my daughter and addressed her questions to her which was really great. We were discharged a short while later with a prescription. AND they had cranberry juice there so my daughter was able to drink a full one before we even left. 10/10! Thank you Indigo staff!

Fast and attentive service, friendly staff (Andrain). Thanks to everyone for making me feel at ease....I do not like getting the covid swab but we laughed our way through it. Gina PA-C was thorough. Thanks again!😊

Great staff very helpful and cool. Easy experience

Had redness and some swelling on my right arm.  It was treated with some ointment and ointment was prescribed and picked up at the pharmacy.  Hope this helps heal what I have.  Staff and doctor was great
