Excellent experience. Quality care from front desk through to the medical assistant and the ANPR. Thorough and made me feel that my concerns were all addressed Highly recommend.

I'm from out state and didn't schedule an appt nor did I plan on needing to see a doctor so I can understand a 2 hr. wait time is better than a longer wait at the ER. Otherwise I give MultiCare Indigo five stars all the way.  BUT as to Solvhealth as a service rating company for health providers, I'd suggest considering polling patients as to how well their medical provider did after they've had time to get better or heal; at least a few days. The last thing a sick person wants are harassing texts.

I have been suffering from difficulty breathing with continuous cough with only managing three or 4 hours of sleep. I called and managed to obtain an appt. the following day. Everyone at this urgent care were friendly and kind. John explained was was going on with me and prescribed two prescriptions. I was impressed. I am feeling better already.

This was a great visit they made everything so easy and they took care of my son. Thank you so much. Would definitely go back if I need too.

Son had infection in both eyes. Wait time was a bit long even though we had an appt. Staff was very friendly and met our needs.

I went to the clinic by my house and was told there was a three plus hour wait for walk-ins. She checked and found another clinic 20 minutes away that could see me sooner. She notified them that I was coming. When I arrived I was checked in immediately and then taken to an exam room with no wait. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. This was a great experience, especially since my PCP didn’t have an opening for four months!

Always easy to book an appt and check on. Waoting in lobby is always brief. In the room, a little lo ger wait, but not too bad. Staff was friendly, caring and listened. In all of the times I've been to Indigo, only one experience that wasn't good last summer. I always speak highly of it.

Had a clogged ear and was able to get in the same day and early. The staff was very friendly and prompt and solved my problem right away. I would recommend them every time.

I absolutely love this place. In and out in 30 minutes with my prescription sent to my pharmacy.
