Staff talked the whole time and had inappropriate side conversations. Didn’t help my 2 month old son. Told us to go somewhere else. If they knew I would need a pediatrician they should have just told me that when I tried to schedule. Wasted 8 hours of my time. Never ever again. I am spreading the word that this place is absolutely worthless. Do no recommend!!

My daughter was sent home from school with possible pink eye and a rash on her lips, our Indigo provider was GREAT! He was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I am so grateful for the ability to wait at home for our appointment and the quick throughput of the clinic! Thank you so much!

Started at one Indigo but had scheduling problems so first indigo recommended a second and found an excellent appointment time. Actually the second called and brought my wife in a couple of hours  earlier. She has meds and is on the mend. Thanks, Indigo.

I was able to schedule an appointment first thing to address some ongoing ear issues that affected my hearing significantly. It was wonderful to put my information in online, since verbal communication was a challenge. Once there, they got me in before my scheduled time, listened to my symptoms and concerns, and addressed the issue constructively. I'm very optimistic that this treatment will address my symptoms. Very Well Done. Will recommend this clinic to others.

I’m impressed at the ease for making an appointment on the weekend. When I called I was told it would be a 4 hour wait but I would go on a wait list & be given a call closer to time that I would  be seen to come in. It worked perfectly. The office staff & Doctor were friendly, caring & very helpful. My prescription was sent it to the pharmacy of my choice & was ready for pickup by the time I drove there. Will definitely consider using them again. W

Upper respitory problem. Local clinic had a 5 day wait. Already symptomatic 5 days. Appointment was instant as possible with a ferry boat ride. The Clinic was amazing and so proffessional! Highly recomen, Indigo Urgent Care Clinic, Rustan Wa!

Despite being told initially there would be a 3 hour wait, my roommate and I were seen about 15-20 minutes after arriving to Indigo UC.  The staff was amazing especially the Dale the PA. He listened to us and included us in the plan of care he had in mind. I would recommend him anytime to anyone

Got in easy aand was seen. Staff was great. PA was great as well.
