Aside from the friendliness of the front desk staff members, I felt very unwelcome at this location. They were either having a bad day or simply didn't want to help me. I strongly believe it's the latter. I was going to let this slide but the notes are inaccurate and the experience irked me. I wasn't asked about much of this stuff. For example, I did not claim to have had four bloody noses...Obesity doesn't run in the family... The list goes on. What in the world?! I went and got a pedicure because the wait time was long. But then to return, wait some more, and be "treated" by people who don't seem to enjoy their profession or simply don't want to help me? Rude. I just hope it had nothing to do with the color of my skin. It truly seemed like they wanted to rush me out of there, like my presence was bothersome. 1/10 would recommend because there was a nice selection of juice (I did not take any). Otherwise it would be a 0/10. Complete waste of time. I could have googled a better diagnosis and without the unwelcome behavior.

Awesome staff!  Easy process! Love the amenities and the fact that the office was not full of people waiting.  Online check in is great!

The MAs and Doctors were all 10/10 care could not have asked for anything better. I know they are extremely under staffed so the wait time was 5 hours and I went to multiple indigos urgent cares. The staff was incredibly helpful to see the wait time at the other clinics but still 5 hours was the soonest wait time.       ( the only major downside to my experience)

The staff was very helpful and tried to get us through the check in process quickly. Definitely need more providers but I know how hard that is. Thank you for caring.

I walked in and got in the waiting list. Went home and after an hour or so got a text that my turn is almost there. Got in and waited a little bit. The front person was diligent we're I signed and very timely. I was led to the examination room, the 2 nurses took my vitals and hooked up the machine to check my bp and pulse. I was told that my oxygen was a little low and had to wait, so they left me in the room. Later the machine started beeping and was expecting someone would check on it but no one came. I waited a little and got annoyed by the noise and got out to call someone to check. They took the machine out and later the nurse checked on my issue but wanted an xray to make sure, I was told that the xray did not show anything but couldn't do any procedure there and instead referred me to a specialist. I thought this was small enough to be dealt with. I thought there's a doctor but most are just medical assistant besides the nurse which in my opinion was too cautious about dealing with such issues. I think it's a waste of time and money. Not saying that all urgent care are like this, this is my first for this location in Frederickson. Hope other places are better. I don't recommend getting here unless its a common cold or bruises.

Scheduled my appt yesterday for 1:30 today, I was finally taken back to a room at approx 2pm. After seeing the MA, I waited in the room for another 45 minutes until the medical professional came in. She spent 5 minutes with me with no real help, but referred me to a specialist. After spending nearly 90 minutes there, I left a bit frustrated.

The doctor and nurses were grate and I would go back if I need to

I was rear ended this morning and having neck pain and needed to get checked out asap. They got me in super fast even though they were really busy with no appointments left for the day. The staff here are always amazing and caring. They offered to get me water, tea, coffee while I waited. This is the exact reason I choose to come here again for any of my urgent needs. Just kind staff that makes you feel as comfortable as possible in an urgent situation. Thank you Indigo for your superior care.

Had chest issues after the flu. Was check for pneumonia and got a breathing treatment. The service provider was overworked and on her own. She did a great job was very happy with her care.
