Was able to walk-in right at opening and be seen within minutes. The cafe provided was excellent by everyone involved and I left there feeling better about what I was dealing with. Will always trust this place with my health.

Everything was ok except I was rusher by Medical assistant to leave. I ask about results of my test and she said she will call( she never did). Also Dr told me ( I remember exactly) that she will give me excuse for work for Monday but nothing happen and later when I read notes showing not excuse from work needed. I like this place but this time I was rushed to leave room. Thank you

I woke up in the middle of the night to my son having a barky cough and all the signs of croup. I scheduled an appt online to bring him in after I picked up my daughter from school. All our paperwork was completed ahead of time and they even took us back a little early as we checked in earlier than our scheduled appt time. The front feet staff was super friendly and the nurse and doctor were so great with my son. They addressed all of my concerns, got him a dose of medicine quickly and had our discharge paperwork ready to go for us so as soon as we were ready we could leave. I would definitely come back to this location!

Erica and team were great listeners and asked great questions to help me get the medical attention that was needed to help me get healthy.

Woke up a few days ago feeling like I was having cold chills. Can't seem to warm up. Then the symptoms of a UTI crept up. Went in as a walk in and the wait time was longer then I could wait. So I set it up for the next next day. Did my paperwork on line as well as my check in. Very fast after the that. In and out in less 1/2 hour. They are best.

My provider (Mariah) and EVERY staff member were—-kind, caring, respectful, patient and supportive. I knew I was getting excellent care.  I cannot say enough good things about my experience at your facility. Your staff are to be praised.  If/when I need urgent care—it will be Indigo Tukwila for me and my family.

Set up an appointment within 24 hrs and I was able to get check and seen during my appointment time, I didn’t wait much and everything was done . The staff was friendly, attentive and professional .

Had a rash on left arm, made an appointment for 11:30 AM, waited 1/2 hour in waiting room, once in the examination room, I waited 40 minutes.  I left without seeing a doctor. I won’t go back there again. If you have all day to wait then that’s fine. Not for me.
