Started a bladder infection but needed to go to work. The scheduled appointments were all full for the day so I went in after work. There was a 2 1/2 wait. It was nice I could leave and be notified when it was about time for me to be seen. That was so helpful. It was a good experience overall. They were all very nice.

Unable to get an appointment quickly with a primary care provider scheduling was easy with Indigo. An appointment was available the next day.  No wait time for the start of the appointment.  The Dr and  nurse were thoughtful, friendly and extremely helpful. I also visited the clinic in September. I would highly recommend this clinic.

We had a pretty log wait time, but that’s to be expected during cold & flu season. The staff anre all super friendly and professional. We like this location a lot and would recommend then to the community.

Sorry to see that you can’t get immediate care! I wasn’t a big emergency but what if🤷‍♀️ Staff do a good job!👍

I am from out of town and I was so impressed with this Clinic! It’s so nice to be treated in a friendly environment. My Provider was Jeff and my MA was Nikki. Both were fantastic!

This was my first visit to Indigo Urgent Care and I was very impressed. I think that being able to make an appointment is a great option and doing so was very easy. I was welcomed when I walked through the door and setting up my patient chart was very fast and efficient. I sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes before being called back. The provider, Jeff, was an excellent listener, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained things in a way that was very easy to understand, offered a treatment plan, and I was out the door in well under an hour from start to finish. And the front desk person and the medical assistant called me by name and wished me well on my way out the door. It was a wonderful experience and I certainly recommend!

Both the Med Assistant Rachel and the NP Elisabeth were friendly and efficient.

I appreciate that I was not made to feel rushed, and all of my questions were answered. I felt the PA  was thorough and listened to me. Best experience in an urgent care setting.
