It was a busy day for the clinic so I df not get in until 6:00. But the care was excellent as it was the previous time . Staff are friendly, caring, competent.

I wanted 4 1/2 hrs to be seen. After neg testing no advise on how to take care of extreme discomfort . Just sent me hme. Today is day 7 of white pus coming out of my right eye, severe sore throat, thick green and bloody mucus from my nose, same from my throat, severe cough, off and on low grade fever, severe weakness. I paid $55 plus what my insurance will be paying for nothing.

Well I felt a bit more could have been done today I feel 10 times worse then yesterday can barely move my headache from my right eye to the middle of my head has been pounding for hours I only got an hour of sleep etc

It went great they took care of me very well! It was pretty fast in and out

I couldn't sleep due to coughing. I booked my appointment online at 3am. When I arrived at my scheduled time I was treated, checked in within 1 minute and escorted to my room within another 5 minutes tops. While waiting for my test results I was offered a drink, hot tea was brought right to my room. Everyone was so pleasant and warm.

Went to Indigo Sat around 11 am with a swollen/painful hand. Earliest appt was 7pm, Gave Info and went home. At 2 pm an appt. became available and I was seen. All staff: front desk, in/take person,  x-ray tech and PA all very professional and thorough.

Called At 8 am, and there was only one appt left when looking at all the locations from Tacoma to Renton to Puyallup. So I took it. Told the provider I had this same infection before, same hot rash that itched. He asked how I treated before, I told him oral antibiotics and predisone. He gave me a topical antibiotic instead. I was told to call if it didn’t help, and would call in oral antibiotic instead.  It didn’t work, now the rash is spreading, but instead of giving me the orals I  was told I have to be seen again-waiting hours  because I didn’t get the correct treatment the first time. Super frustrating.

Check-in both in the bldg, and online were great. The PA that I saw online was great also. Hopefully what was decided pre-results of lab will be cleared up quick w/Rx. Thanks for cleaning up my mess in the bathroom. You all were nice to work with.

The staff were incredible and kind! Receptionist offered me a same day appointment. I hardly had to wait yo be roomed. The doctors assistant was professional. The provider was knowlegable and answered my questions. I left feeling like I was taken care of. Thank you!

The Dentist scheduled me and appointment for an X-ray but the doctor said I didn’t need one and I asked for my back to have an X-ray but they don’t do X-rays on the back. But the staff was friendly office clean and they had drinks and snacks along with coffee for you.  Thank you guys for your help and along with a speedy service.
