Needed my eye checked out so went online to book an appointment this morning. Very easy and quick. Got a prescription for issue. We’ve used them before and are happy with the staff there.

The easiest in and out with adequate attention. Staff was great. Dr was kind and thorough.

I found a rash that I suspected with shingles. My primary care provider was unable to see me for almost a week. I went online and was seen within an hour and a half. I have used Indigo previously, and every single time the staff is amazing, the diagnosis is spot-on, and so much easier to get into than my primary care physician. I recommend them highly!

I will admit I tried to go in the night before. A lady walked in right before me and I walk in feeling horrible with 102 temp and cant breathe. Come back in tomorrow we are full. Next day,  the nurse checks me in and says sounds like covid or flu so lets test. Felt blown off. Once the PA came in she was amazing. She heard what I was telling her and said its neither of those but lets wait for the results. But I really think we are going to do a chest xray. Covid and flu negative. Xray showed pneumonia. Thank God for an amazing PA who listened to her patient and said we will figure it out. I will say. The staff was at least friendly but just dismissive except the PA

I received amazing care from the NP, Samantha. Samantha was thorough, knowledgeable, and very kind. The medical assistant could use a little coaching on bedside manner and kindness. I scheduled with ease with an appt within 30 minutes of request. The online check-in process didn't work because of my insurance, but the in-person check-in was flawless. It's difficult receiving care when you're vacationing. Thank you for making our experience a good one.

I walked in, checked in, and barely sat down before I was taken to the exam room.  I loved the color blue on the walls. I was seen by the nurse and then the NP. Both were kind, informative. I was seen and heard and listened to. I will go back.
