Scheduling was easy, check in easy staff and care was wonderful

This is the third time I’ve been to Indigo and the staff is always so great. Get you in, taken care of and send you on your way.

Grateful that I was able to have blood pressure medication refilled since I couldn't get a doctor appointment until next year. Everyone I met was professional, kind and friendly. Thank you.

The website said that walk ins had no line. I showed up and was told I needed to have booked an appointment. I told them I had strep throat and they recommended I go wait in a busy Starbucks across the street until an appt time was available. I don’t know why a nurse would recommend sending a very contagious person into a coffee shop. Then I received a text to complete my check in paperwork and hour later, which rapidly feeling more sick in the waiting room. I completed the endless paperwork which included taking photos of my id and ins cards. Only to be called to the counter and asked to re- provide all the information I had just input on my phone. I waited another 20 minutes, moving to sit on the cold floor instead of chairs because my fever and body aches were so miserable. I finally make it to a room and literally the only thing they needed to do was look at my throat to know but I had to sit through 2 nurse check ins before seeing the doctor, then wait for another nurse to tell me I could leave. I will not go here again. It was terrible.

Staff wasn’t as friendly at checking but when I got back to the room attitudes had changes and they were very polite. I would go back again if necessary.

We were acknowledged and greeted as soon as we walked in the door and all of our personal information was quickly entered by their friendly staff as opposed to us being handed an iPad or being sent an email that required us to do it ourselves.  We were always treated with the utmost of respect, like we mattered, and the skill and expertise shown by all of the staff from check in to the doctor was exemplary.  I will highly recommend this clinic.

Suffering a chest/nasal cold for over a week with little relief I used Indigo’s online appointment site to book a visit in the morning. The facility warm and clean, friendly staff, short wait time. The PA was friendly and professional. Prescribed medication and explained drugs. Definitely will return when the need arises.

Scheduling online was very easy and convenient-- appreciate not having to wait. Got seen right away, helpful and polite staff. Got the treatment I needed quickly and I'm feeling better the next day! Definitely recommend seeking treatment here!

Got in right away with an appt first thing in the morning. Sam was a great provider who really took the time to listen to me and came up with a plan of action including scheduling ahead for a future follow-up visit. Wouldn't go any where else but Indigo. Glad they have finally moved into Idaho.
