They are the worst I've ever come across. They lost my girlfriend's Covid sample in what was described as a "laboratory accident," but proceeded to tell her that her result was negative. When they followed up two weeks later to notify her that her result was in fact lost (this was just via an e-mailed document) we both took turns talking to a woman answering office calls, trying to understand why this would happen. The woman was completely unable to understand the situation, and didn't seem to know what was wrong in the first place. Seemed pretty clear to us. They lost her sample, and gave her a false negative result instead of notifying us of the issue in due time. Fortunately we have been largely keeping to ourselves, but had we been visiting older relatives and we infected someone, this place would have had some issues on their hands. Please do not use them. They are clearly disorganized, and presented to me what is in my opinion a hazardous way of handling test samples/results.

This office does not answer the phones or return messages. It is beyond inefficient! Have been going there for many years. However it is now running itself to the ground. The Corporate offc does not have a working vm & do not answer calls. Beware before you get testing there as you may never get the result to your MD.
