The staff was decent. I was able to check in and then leave and they text me when it was my turn, so that was helpful since I had my kids with me. I needed facial x-rays and when I went next door they said they only had a “limited” tech that couldn’t do face X-rays. I came back the next day, and the Dr I saw told me after the X-rays to just come back to the office and he or the other Dr would review them and talk to me. The staff told me it would take to long and not to wait that they would call me. They NEVER did. I called to follow up, and she said the Dr said the X-rays were normal. I asked about the pain and issue I was having and she put me on hold and then said the Dr was actually still looking at the X-rays. They NEVER called back. I just scheduled and apt to follow up with my own Dr. I’m very disappointed in the overall care.

Second time here again for a super sore throat and ears. Easy to get a same day apt, staff is always friendly, wait time is pretty accurate. My NO Clarissa was amazing! I definitely recommend if your in need.

A little confusing. No phone scheduling. Asked to go to website to “pre register “ And choose a time for visit and I did. Tried to change the time for a later appointment and the Solv didn’t allow. Called to ask why it wasn’t letting me edit the appointment time. Confused because even after selecting the date and time I was still a walk-in. The rest was a good experience. The PA that saw me was very excellent.

I definitely appreciate using the Solv app to expedite the process of getting an appt. and filling out paperwork. The Inland Urgent Care has friendly, knowledgeable, and caring staff. My experience is that they listen to your needs and concerns very well. I would definitely recommend both the app and this particular urgent care. Great experience having to deal with an annoying and problematic health issue. Thank you!

Cut my knee on a rock at Greer after I low-sided loose turn.  Came in to get it stitched up.  Staff was friendly and the guy stitching up my knee was good.   Knee pads next time.  🤘🏻

I had a wonderful experience. I was extremely sick and not feeling well and the entire staff was so kind to me. There were several people ahead of me waiting to be seen, but the wait did not take too long. I was also pleasantly surprised with the online paperwork which made things easier for me. The service at the MENIFEE location is fantastic. Thank you for caring me when I was feeling weak and vulnerable
