Dr. Was experienced with my health issues and was easy to talk with, timely and kind.

Scheduled an appointment at 9 and was helped with such compassion and love.

Dr was not happy to be treating me and was cutting me off. Made me feel like i did something wrong when i didnt.

Doctor listened to me and showed compassion. Addressed my issue and made me feel comfortable.

It just took some time but I was able to get it done. The staff was very nice and Miriam was very helpful

Daughter had been seen before but still having issues. So called scheduled another appointment and was seen virtual this time and was given another antibiotic so hopefully will work this time. Doctors are always great. Now just need another doctors note and would recommend this office

Scheduled a virtual visit and received same day visit. My only complaint was a two hour wait. Staff was awesome and I received excellent care from Dr Pratt!

I have a very bad cold and possible conjunctivitis in both eyes which I know is highly infectious so I decided on a video appointment. I was able to obtain an appointment within 24 hours and the doctor was professional, very thorough and friendly and immediately ordered the prescriptions that I needed. Woke up with a stye in my left eye. Did a video conference call. The doctor took care of it called a prescription for antibiotics drops in my eye to my pharmacist. Everything went smooth and efficient.
