Scheduling is simple and appointments are readily available. The check in process was quick and easy. The staff were polite and efficient. The doctor was great. It sure does beat waiting for hours at urgent care!

Felt rushed, called back to double check a few things and went to voice mail 4 times after waiting on the call for my appointment for 45 minutes, just to be rushed was absurd

Virtual wait time was long. Doctor did not let me talk and explain what was wrong with my son. He wanted him to explain. But my son was so sick he couldn’t really talk.

My son has a sinus infection and I decided to try a televisit. They had one available 15 minutes after I went online! It is so easy and quick. The doctor was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be trying a televisit again! Thank you

Always easy to make an appointment. The video process can get confusing sometimes. You wait in a virtual queue and then the provider just calls you.
