I was advised to go through solv yo book an appointment. Booked for 1:30. Was waiting until 3:16. Finally got off and rescheduled for "next available appointment" and was seem in 35 minutes. Provider just told me the same thing my cousin who is an RN told me, except he was able to prescribe meds, which I'm still waiting on. It's been 24 hours and I already feel better and don't need them.

I'm sadly disappointed this time around. I have had several interactions with Inland Urgent Care and each time was what you would expect great service etc... This time I made a virtual appt. for 12:00. The nurse called at 2:00 then after I called twice. The Dr. finally called at 3:30. I have nothing bad to say about the staff,service,or care. I was just disappointed that I wasn't a priority when I had a scheduled appointment.

Wait time was horrible. I did a phone meeting and I didn’t talk to the doctor until about 3 and a half hours after my scheduled time. But the doctor was great, listened to me and was very helpful.

Husband tested positive for influenza a. I came down with it the next day. Cough sounded exactly the same. I was way too weak and tired to go into an office visit, not to mention the fact that my cough was ferocious. I knew I needed to get Tamiflu because that’s what my husband ended up getting and I knew there was a window of opportunity to take it. This was a huge blessing, not to mention the fact it probably saved several people from getting the flu.

It was very easy to schedule my appointment . I did a telemedicine appointment which was perfect due to not feeling great . Once my appointment time came up I did wait an additional 40 minutes. Which wasn’t horrible but when the person called me 5 minutes before my schedule time and tell me the provider will be on shortly then wait another 40 minutes was a bit long but still happy I was able to get a telemedicine and donor from the comfort of my home. My provider was very nice and listened to me and then gave proper feedback . It was very nice
