I live in Glassboro and don't mind the drive out there at all. All of the staff have been very nice and accommodating. No problem getting in and getting seen - which is almost impossible given the last couple of years experiences. In comparison to the other Inspira Urgent Care centers, this one has been the best so far.

I wish I had listened to the reviews before heading here. The woman with the tattoos on her hand at the front desk needs better training the way she talks to patients is unbelievable. If you aren’t capable of answering/ checking in patients then the job obviously isn’t right for you. Huffing and puffing putting her hand on her head because she was frustrated with answering the phone and dealing with me checking in. When people aren’t feeling well the last thing they want to deal with is a ignorant receptionist. Defiantly will be staying far away from this place.

My 8 year old son was turned away at 8:01pm. We checked in online and was messaged we were 3rd in line. We got there at 8:01 and the door was locked. The woman came to the door and told me we couldn't be seen. My son had excruciating ear pain and started to cry. I begged that she asked the doctor to see him and she said okay. Five minutes later, as we stood outside in the cold, she said the doctor said no. I was shocked. I had to go out of my way, on a school night, to find an open urgent care. Definitely won't be going back there.

Turned away my 8 year old daughter who was hit in the face with a softball. Called ahead to ask if they would see her, or to go to hospital. They said come over. Got there, before closing time on a Friday, doors locked. Banged on doors and tried to call. Assistant came out saying how dare I bang on the doors and dr wasn’t allowed to see anymore patients, while my daughter stood there bleeding like crazy crying. I told her we called ahead and why would you do this if you knew we were coming? She slammed door and locked it. Went to hospital, and were treated right away. NEVER EVER GO HERE!
