I showed up for my appointment and the facility was closed!  I had to call to find out the Dr didn’t show up that day and they could not reschedule to that location.  I should have received a call before going there. How can there not be a backup? Not professional!!

My experience was awful. I scheduled an appointment online, got a number of text reminders abut the appointment on my phone, and when I arrived it turned out the location is closed that day. Waste of time! I wish they respected patients’ time.

Came in for RSV test that was scheduled and confirmed. Receptionist said she did not have me scheduled. Nobody was available to test me and the results would take 7-10 days. Waiting 10 days is not an option.
