I made an appointment for 9 am on Saturday for stitches from a deep laceration. No wait. The receptionist, nurse, and nurse practitioner who did the stitches were friendly and took the time needed to do a great job. The nurse practitioner was especially effective and took care to make it minimally painful. Definitely on my return list if needed again.

Unfortunately the clinic was understaffed which resulted in a very long wait time. We were informed upon check in that the wait would be approximately an hour and 20 minutes. Our wait time was over two and a half hours. You also have a wide range of problems being addressed with no type of triage in place. While it is not an emergency room there should be some sort of initial screening or assessment to ensure higher acuity patients are seen in a timely manner.
