Walked in at 10:10 for the 10:20 appointment filled out all the paperwork got called back at 10:35 the nurse/assistant took all vitals ran the flu test as well as a strep test, was told the it would be 10 minutes for results, sat there for an hour before we saw the doctor, doctor came in stated the 2 tests were negative but wanted to run a COVID test and said it would take 15 minutes for results to come back, my response was are we going to wait another hour to hear anything, the doctor responded with “that is what happens when you use a walk in clinic” and I “responded with we had a 10:20 appointment” and she said oh and Walked out then came in 20 minutes after the COVID test came back.
