I find it very odd that a person would need to get an appointment to be seen at an Urgent Care Facility. Hence the term Urgent in the very nature of the Clinic Title and Name its definition description implies no appointment needed. Not walk on in and when we have an opening amongst all our appointments you will be seen. This is not a clinical hospital it is an Urgent Care. Nobody should be subjected to appointments. It should be a first come first serve basis. Now if you had one doctor dedicated to appointments and everyone else handling walking I could understand that. But, to be a walk in and then sit there for 5 hours while appointment people walking and are seen before me is infuriating. I will acknowledge that the last time I walked in I only had to wait 45 minutes. So, maybe this Urgent Care has resigned its appointment system. People do not plan to get get. This is why Urgent Care was created. To help people be seen faster than going to an ER.

Everything was good except it was a waste of a trip. I needed fluids. I got zofran.

I called to ensure the online portal worked, I added all info online and uploaded insurance card. I then had to provide it again on site, front desk personnel were not efficient or educated on billing.

This was my first time using Integrity Urgent Care Copperas cove. Excellent care, friendly staff and they saw me with no appointment and I only had about a 30 minute wait. They also called in my prescriptions immediately after I saw the P.A. an outstanding job by all.

Amazing as always

I called for an appointment and was able to get one for the next day. The receptionist was very friendly, patient and polite. The office was clean and the wait time wasn’t long. This is my favorite go to place, if I have any minor issues

Wait time was over 2hrs just to get an X-ray 😡 My appt was at 8:40am, but wasn’t seen until after 11:4x. They we’re way understaffed-only 1 dr to see the reception room completely full of pts & more coming in the door. Another dr was called in about 10ish; finally arrived just after 12. This scene was uncalled for in a medical office, especially since you see emergencies-hence the name Urgent Care. I was being seen for (potential) broken toes/foot. Thankfully it was lesser trauma.

Longest wait time ever, but nice doctor.
