For the past three days I was dealing with an abscessed tooth that made my face swollen. Was able to get seen quickly and it took no effort at all to be kind to all the staff as an amount of pain I was in. I would recommend definitely thank you so very much

The doctor and nurse were beyond amazing but the receptionist was cold and very rude. I actually felt like going somewhere else. She told me I had a balance on my account and when I told her I didn’t have enough funds she said I could pay half. Then when I went to pay half she told me I needed to pay it in full. Which I was confused. And then I told her I only had $70 and she said that was fine. That was all my grocery money and gas money for the next week. I felt as if she were cold and out of touch. She should have never lied and said I could have paid half. Even others noticed how rude she was to me. I just want to bring it to your attention because it makes me not want to return if I were sick because she was so rude. I’ve been a loyal patient and feel like she treated me terribly. Especially while not feeling well. But the nurse and doctor were the best.
