Ive gone there a few times in past bc parking is better than some other ones but im done with this place after this visit. I went for a physical exam which i have gotten in the past there no problem. The black girl at the front (not being racists as the other igirl has also been rude) was sitting at the chair with her leg up very unprofessional. When i went up i asked to get a medical/physical report done and handed her the paper with information. She then asked what bring me here so i repeated myself. She then asked why are you out of work sick today. I repeated myself for the 3rd time saying im not sick i wanted to get a physical report done for work. She then gave me a very confused face. Then asked again how long have you been out, i told her for the 4th time i am not sick i wanted a phyiscal report done today. Then she went to the back asked the doctors theys said they couldnt do it (mind you there were no paitents while i was there). I asked why and told them i had one done here before. They told me doctor had "no time" to do it. Which i thought was bull shit. So here i am drove to another urgent care to get it done ans was able to get it done at the pearl city location no problem. So not sure what their problem was but never going back to that facility again.

I have been a few times and it is a quick wait time, super kind staff, but the girl who wears the glasses and headband is a little rude-- not necessary especially in a Healthcare setting. Couldn't hear what she was saying to me during check in and her popping attitude having to repeat her sentence was not ok. Most recently I had to call 3x (they closed before calling in my prescription like they said they would) to have them send my prescription to my pharmacy, timeliness is critical and pharmacies take forever anyway. I still do recommend them. Out of my ~ 5x going there in the past few months they are pretty darn great. There can be improvements, but still a wonderful urgent care facility.
