The signup was difficult. By the time we filled out information, the time slots we selected were gone. We should only have to fill out information once, and before we select a time slot. And not every 65+ has a computer or is efficient using one. It took 3 days of repeatedly trying to get an appointment. However, when I showed up, it was very well organized, efficient, and quick. All the nurses and volunteers are to be commended!
