Only issue I had was with the wait time. We arrived 10 min before scheduled time of appt but received alert in Solv app that check in wasn’t completed until 10 min after scheduled time so we had been there for 20 min by that point & it wasn’t for another 20 minutes that we went into the room & another 20 minutes waiting in the room until we saw the dr. There may have been a computer issue causing the delay resulting in the long wait time & it was busy. The staff was friendly & dr was attentive & caring so overall a good visit.

The checkin process seems off sometimes. They never checked us in properly and if I had not asked we would probably have been waiting awhile

The wait was insane. Got there 5 mins early for our appt and they brought us back to the room immediately when we arrived. But we waited in that tiny exam room for 45 minutes past the appt time . With a toddler it was torture. Would have rather waited in the waiting room. Why even let me make an appt for that time if they wouldn’t see me even within 15 mins of the appt time???

First time there they did a grrat job.on my daughter will take my daughter back again wonderful staff ..

Worst pediatric care experience I have ever had. Have been here many times and always been pleased, but this time was very different. Provider did not ask a single question and only laid eyes on my child to give results of strep test. Did not see provider before test, was not asked a single question by anyone about my daughter’s symptoms. Was hurried off with an antibiotic rx without being asked about recent antibiotic use. For the first time ever for any of my children I was not asked to confirm pharmacy and Lo and behold the rx was sent to the wrong pharmacy on a Friday night which meant I had to pay out of pocket to get my daughter’s medication that night. Absolutely terrible. If this were my first experience here I would not be returning ever again. If my next experience is even half as bad I will not be returning.

6 month old with double ear infection in a lot of pain.  Doctor said she would send prescription to the 24 hour pharmacy that we discussed, when getting to the pharmacy they hadn’t received it. Tried calling the office back and they had closed. Kept checking in with pharmacy and it was never received.  No after hours number available. So 6 month old daughter has to go an extra day in pain until we can reach someone.

Was in a couple of days ago and was told both daughters had left ear infections. Was prescribed antibiotic. Discussed shot as last result for oldest daughter who refuses medication. Was told she would need one shot and another the next day. Today, PA questioned why I suspected ear infx. Told her that was the diagnosis 2 days ago. She told me if we get a shot it would be one in each leg for 3 days in a row - very conflicting information. She examined oldest daughter and said there is no infx, just fluid, and if it was her child she would stop the antibiotic, no shots, and recommended Zyrtec to dry up fluid. Good visit overall, but I was in a position of questioning the providers, given the differing diagnoses.
