The online check-in process was easy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. My child was thoroughly checked and we received a follow-up call on radiology results. Would recommend this place and would use this urgent care again.

I highly recommend this place I was able to make my child an appt same day everything was a breeze and the staff were friendly and the doctor was compassionate about my child care.

My son had a very bad cough for 2 days. The provider was very nice and patient with him, as he is severely autistic. She prescribed OTC treatment and was very helpful.

Appointment went well although I was sent a text message to reply to nurse and they would respond within 24 hours and call me back that never happened.

Only issue I had was with the wait time. We arrived 10 min before scheduled time of appt but received alert in Solv app that check in wasn’t completed until 10 min after scheduled time so we had been there for 20 min by that point & it wasn’t for another 20 minutes that we went into the room & another 20 minutes waiting in the room until we saw the dr. There may have been a computer issue causing the delay resulting in the long wait time & it was busy. The staff was friendly & dr was attentive & caring so overall a good visit.

The checkin process seems off sometimes. They never checked us in properly and if I had not asked we would probably have been waiting awhile

My son has had cough and struggling to breath all week but he kept saying he was “fine” come to find out he has pneumonia! Nurses were absolutely great and helpful. They seemed to actually care and made sure he was ok to go home vs go to hospital. Thank you!!

The wait was insane. Got there 5 mins early for our appt and they brought us back to the room immediately when we arrived. But we waited in that tiny exam room for 45 minutes past the appt time . With a toddler it was torture. Would have rather waited in the waiting room. Why even let me make an appt for that time if they wouldn’t see me even within 15 mins of the appt time???

First time there they did a grrat job.on my daughter will take my daughter back again wonderful staff ..
