We have used Just4Kids several times, and HANDS DOWN they have the BEST staff! Their bedside manner is amazing; my kids always feel comfortable and end up giggling before the appointment is over. We saw Colette tonight, along with two great nurses that showered our little guy with attention. He said they are always so nice and "cute, too"! The wait time is usually great, and even if it takes longer than usual it is ALWAYS shorter than the wait anywhere else. We will continue to use this office because of the excellent way they treat our kids!

These guys are absolutely fantastic! My son just had an ingrown toenail removed. We didn't have to wait at all. The staff is so friendly, kind and compassionate. Hands down the best pediatric urgent care in Idaho Falls!!!

Such great staff!! I've been referred twice when my pediatricians office couldn't get me an appointment and never had to make more than a few minutes. The staff always made such a effort to calm my little guy. I felt more than welcome and the treatment was super efficient for us both times.

AMA-ZING

The staff was so patient and caring. My daughter was so scared and wanted the nurse to show her on her favorite stuffed animal what she would do to her. The nurse never blinked an eye and just help calm her right now. The doctor was just as patient and took her time and explained everything and didn't make us feel rushed.

Very disappointed! I took my 5 month old in and was told “she is fine she is just teething” no tests were even done. And we waited over an hour in the exam room. only to take her back to her regular doctor the next day and she tested positive for rsv

There is no way anyway waits long in the waiting room. I've brought each of my 6 kids on separate visits multiple times and have never ever waited long. Even when they're busy, they brought us snacks and water and juices and gave the kids quarters for the gumball machine and the wait was never long. I can make an appointment with my pediatrician and be on time or early and each time we wait 30 minutes at best. And if we go to Readycare it's over an hour just to be seen. These guys are so dang nice. My kids ASK to go to the "popsicle doctor." They are AMAZING.

I wouldn't reccomend a better place to take your kids. They are amazing!
