They were fantastic!

I would not recommend kmed for COVID testing! There are no longer any posted directives displayed outside which led me to go inside to inquire when I wasn't supposed to, the person who administered my test was extremely unprofessional and ultimately botched the test, I scheduled a rapid PCR which I found out after the fact isn't even available. Word of advice.....if your staff isn't comfortable talking to/being in close proximity to persons of color then that should be sorted before interacting with the public.

use this for covid testing. On line questions should be made easier to access.

Very quick and efficient.

Very unorganized. Instructions for registration not clear. Site advertising rapid Covid test. I am still waiting on my test results from yesterday morning. I gave my medical insurance info, I should have just bought an in-home rapid test kit off of KMed Pharmacy's shelf!

The interaction with the staff is always a great experience. The lack of urgency however, on getting test results via email can be a little frustrating sometimes. It’s usually 24 hours plus.

I was very disappointed as the solve website said same day PCR results. When I arrived the staff advised that it is not but my results would be emailed before my flight the next morning. It was a very nonchalant attitude by the nurse. When I awoke no PCR results had been sent to me. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
