Do not go to this office! They are fraudulently overbilling for services that are not needed, nor do they inform you that they are ordering these tests. I have it in writing that my fiancé (they were scheduling via text on WhatsApp oddly enough) requested an appointment for solely a PCR COVID test to provide to his job after testing positive at home. The doctor wound up ordering all of this unnecessary testing including a respiratory panel that cost the insurance over $1,000 and we wound up receiving a bill for whatever the insurance didn't cover. My fiancé was CLEAR he only needed to confirm his positive COVID (again, I have it in writing) and reported no other complications or abnormal symptoms. After receiving the bill, we spoke to reps for Labcorp and the doctors office and were met with nothing but rude, combative employees. The doctor himself spoke to my fiancé and I on the phone and one day promised to take care of the bill, saying he has to "pay his employees" I guess justifying their insurance fraud, and then the next day when we called back as instructed, said he would not help us and we were responsible for the bill. Just avoid this office, completely unethical business practices.
