It’s okay. Not the best. Not the worst. Staff members try to be friendly.

The doctor was really fast attending us, it didn’t take the time to know the medical record or anything. She discharged us really fast with a written paper with the indications, with no more education.

We were so excited to see tech Emma when we came for strep her way of putting kids at ease with swab was amazing. NP Lauren was great as well. Thank you all

I don't want to leave a public review, but just some feedback. The care I received from the nurse practitioner (Allison) was good. My issue was with the check in process. The waiting room was empty and I was there with my sick toddler and 5 year old. I was told to complete the registration online on my phone. I asked for help because my insurance card is virtual and the process on the phone is tedious, especially when holding a sick infant. The front desk staff was not helpful. There MUST be a way that they can complete the registration manually, but they wouldn't. They then loudly were discussing a child abuse case where a child had died. Not super appropriate with my kids little ears in the waiting room. After about 15 minutes after submitting my registration, I had to prompt them to make sure it was completed. They said they were running my insurance, but pretty sure they had just forgotten about me. 30 seconds later a nurse was checking us in. There should be a better solution for checking in than relying on parents to toggle around on their phones while holding their sick toddlers.

Great experience, we saved a spot and were done in 50min. Mrs. Sarah NP was delightful and super super caring. This was our first time seeing her and she didn't disappoint. We also interacted with MA and Xray and both were great and helpful.

My son was showing signs of an ear infection so I used the KidMed West End clinic on a weekday afternoon and we were seen within five minutes of arrival. Everyone was so friendly and we were in and out in less than an hour. We’ve used this clinic once before too and had a great experience. Highly recommend!

The care I've received from my children every time I've needed emergency care has always been adequate. It's the first place I recommend to other parents with children when it's not possible to go to the pediatrician directly.

Julia at the Glen Allen location was fantastic. Listened to me and my daughter, who isn't one to speak up, openly shared what was bothering her. We had to get an abscess drained and several painful shots, and it was done swiftly and competently, with lots of warm reassurance. Funky/plasticy smell in waiting room, but it was the end of the day. Overall, will definitely go back. Only complaint, and it's slight, is that the air felt stuffy and the place could use some airing out. But again, it was 6pm on the weekend.

She has had a fever for 2 days and developed ear pain and congestion. She hates to have her ears and throat looked at but with there kid friendly techniques she didn’t need to be restrained .

We walked in 30 minutes before closing time and we were seen quickly. The doctors and nurses were all friendly and diagnosed our son quickly. We were very pleased with the service.
