Highly recommend!!! We love Kidmed, staff is always very friendly and kind. Kimbely made sure we were taken care of.

During times like these places like Kid Med are worth their weight in gold to concerned and worried parents who are unable to see their child's primary care provider for urgent care. Sometimes our wait is very short and sometimes it can take an hour or so during the busy respiratory virus season. We are always made comfortable during our weight and given quality care once we're seen.

Ginger and staff were amazing. The level of care demonstrated went above and beyond.

My Child had been coughing It was getting worse, thick phlegm from her nose and coughing up. I knew she need to be seen. I didn’t make appointment. I just went over to KidMed as a walk-in.  My child was seen within 15 minutes. I was surprised and happy.  The staff, the nurse and the doctor were professional, friendly, and very thorough treating my child.  We were both happy highly recommend kidMed.

Everything was fine with the staff, cleanliness of the facility and waiting time. My issue was with the quality of care. I told the NP that my daughter was just recovering from pneumonia, she was getting better but a few days later she developed a bad cough and congestion. I ask d them to please do a chest X-ray to make sure her pneumonia had resolved and her lungs were improving. He listened to her back and said she sounded good and he would be back in. Maybe two minutes later he came back in the room and said I don't think she needs an X-ray. She sounds fine, he thinks it's just has an upper respiratory infection. He gave us papers and we left. We were there maybe 10 minutes at the most. Needless to say my child ended up in the ER later that night b/c she was coughing so bad, could hardly breathe, gasping for air and a fever. They did a chest X-ray & found that her pneumonia hadn't resolved completely and she had developed a new virus as well called croup. I am very upset with Kid Med b/c this issue could have been taken care of if they would have listened to me (THE PARENT) who also works in the medical field and knows my child and the care she needs and what I EXPECTED to get but did not receive!!

Came in for a sports physical the visit it’s self was fantastic only took about 10-15 mins but the wait times was exceptionally long we got there at about 3:30 and didnt get out until after 5:30 unfortunately.

I walked in with a sick and grumpy teenager. We didn’t wait very long to get taken back to the room. The staff was friendly and made sure my son was doing ok throughout the visit. Our NP was informative and helpful. I absolutely would recommend taking your child here.

The overall visit and staff were wonderful! However, it was difficult to schedule the appointment as I could not upload my license to the site.

Totally understand the wait times bc of the season. But this is the second time in a month we’ve been in and the wait time has been over an hour after our apt time.
