Every time I visit this Kid Med the staff are so professional and the nurses and doctors are SUPER thorough. Very impressive

I absolutely love kidmed and the service provided is amazing!!!

All of the staff were excellent but Robert, the xray tech was top notch!  He took extra time to bring my child a cold washcloth when he got sick and went out of his way.  You can sense that he truly cares about people.  I’ve never encountered a radiology tech with compassion like his.  Bravo, Kid Med and thank you for a wonderful experience!

The nurse practitioner, Susie was very rude. She made it uncomfortable to ask questions and raise concerns about our child. She had no patience. We are never going back to kid med because of this terrible experience.

We had to use KidMed multiple times since the school year has started compared to our pediatrician office. We have always used the save a spot option. But I know they have walk ins that could take priority over or spot. But I feel like my kids have been treated well and cared for every time.

Professional and quality care also friendliness is what we received when we come for an appointment.

I recently visited KidMed and had a mixed experience. The NP, nurse, and front desk staff member Keisha were all incredibly kind, quick, and professional. Keisha explained there was a balance on our account due to an error in insurance submission and handled it with patience and understanding, which I appreciated given how awful my son was feeling.   Unfortunately, the other front desk staff member, Tina, made the situation unnecessarily stressful and completely inappropriate. While Keisha and I were discussing the issue, Tina interjected with rude comments such as, "You should've given us the correct insurance" and "Your insurance is never going to cover it now." What made this especially upsetting was that all of this was said in front of my son, who was so sick he was nearly in tears. Discussing financial or administrative matters in front of a sick child is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable.   When I calmly asked Tina to stay out of the conversation, she became defensive, claiming she was "in charge" and displaying an attitude that only escalated the situation. Her behavior showed a complete lack of focus on what mattered most—my son’s well-being.   While the medical care and kindness from Keisha and the clinical staff were excellent, Tina’s actions significantly diminished the overall experience. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue to ensure that no other family has to deal with such an unnecessary and inappropriate situation during a time when their child needs care and compassion the most.

Brought my daughter in for concerns about a lingering cough. Everyone was quick and attentive tending to every concern. Kid med has an awesome team!
