Was able to make an appointment the day before very easy. When we arrived, we waited an hour and a half past our appointment time. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked where we stood in line. She said “I’m not doing this today!”….. I simply asked when would our turn be since we had already waited an hour and a half and several people on the “wait list” had gone before us.

As long as you can jump on scheduling it’s really easy. Higher sickness season has left for harder to schedule appointments.

Waited over 3 hours to be told it’s just a virus. I’m not one to complain because I know a lot of kids were sick and it was busy but to see so many nurses or doctors sitting down and not in rooms bothered me. With so many kids sick with pneumonia and with us being exposed to be told to wait until it develops into something was not what I needed to hear. They were busy and very short staffed and we felt it. Over 3 hours of a wait with a toddler was not ideal. I would not recommend coming back and really tried avoid going.

I booked an appointment the same day I noticed a break out. The nurse was kind but the doctor wasn’t. I told her what was wrong, and she kept trying to tell me that nothing was wrong.  Whatever I said just went into one ear and out the other, like she didn’t care. It felt like what I had to say didn’t matter.

Place was dirty. The first nurse who came in to do vitals was nice. The NP, absolutely rude to my 5 year old who was uneasy from a prior experience. NP did the complete opposite of making her feel comfortable. I will not be back nor will I recommend this place.

Dr. Ewan needs to find another line of work, she is not kid friendly and does not know how to speak to kids. It took everything in me not to say something to her, she was very rude and has no patience with kids and make smart remarks toward kids. Everyone else was very polite, professional and had excellent customer service to my kids and I. Emilia was so sweet, she is the best. I wish everyone was as sweet as her.

We were very pleased with the entire experience. My son was in a lot of pain and while he felt like the wait was an eternity, it was pretty quick and all the office staff were very friendly and caring.
