The NP was AMAZINGGGG!!!! Can’t speak highly enough of her bedside manner and patience. She heard everything I had to say, relevant or not, to what she was trying to assess for my son. I bombarded her with information and she still heard me out. Never passed judgment and most importantly still provided the care needed ❤️

I appreciate being able to schedule an appointment on-line and not having to sit in a waiting room with a sick kiddo!  I also love how child friendly the entire experience is!  This time we needed chest x-rays and the tech was sure to prioritize the lollipop to keep our daughter happier! Thank you so much!

We made an appt the day before for a kid with a fever. We waited for an hour past the appt time to be taken back. They were great about letting us wait in the car and texting to come in. Offered my daughter popsicle and Gatorade. But ugh. An hour after appt time is super frustrating.

We did a walk in because we couldn’t schedule something but I actually waited less than last time when I saved a spot. Everyone was great

Everyone was nice, very sufficient, and timely after moving a few months ago I didn’t know where to turn when my son woke up with a GI bug having him not established at a pediatrician yet, I was able to make an appointment easily online we waited very minimal the nurse and Doctor were wonderful listened to my sons symptoms and we were in and out in a timely manner

Didn't have anymore scheduled times. Went as a walk in. In and out in less than 2 hours! Sad my guy has the flu, but pleased with the experience!

My son had been sick for a few days with what I thought was the flu but was concerned about his cough so I scheduled a visit. My son is autistic and isn’t always able to answer questions or completely comprehend what he is being asked but the staff and provider was very helpful and patient with him. We even did X-rays since was something we had never encountered but again they were patient and we got it done. I would definitely recommend this location!

Check-in was quick. The staff was very knowledgeable and compassionate.  They diagnosed my daughter’s fracture quickly and referred us to Tuckahoe Ortho.  They gave her a sling and detailed discharge instructions. We are so thankful for the staff at Kidmed and their expertise.
