They care!! They take the time, are so kind, thorough, and pleasant. So grateful for them!

Everything went super smooth. It was my first time there. Everyone was nice and friendly. The place was clean. We were in and out.

Savannah was the absolute sweetest to my son. Going to the doctor is very difficult for him & she was very understanding & accommodating.

This visit took the same amount of time as when I originally scheduled the appointment. I came in to explain that my son has a painful foot corn, and that I had already tried over-the-counter treatments for months without success — which is why I needed help from the doctor. After waiting for about an hour, a nurse briefly saw us for 3 minutes. When the doctor finally came in, she spent about 5 minutes with us, quickly said it was a wart, and recommended using the duct tape method. She handed me a paper with a list of dermatologists and that was it In total, they spent maybe 8 minutes with us, offered no real help, and we walked out with the same pain my son had when we walked in. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially after waiting so long and seeking real support.

We came in around 530 on Sunday because I suspected my 6mo had an ear infection. Everyone was so kind and took great care of us. I love all the amenities available to kiddos with special needs or anxiety. We are big fans of KidMed and are grateful they are so close by!

We love kid med and all of the staff! We have never had a poor experience. They go above and beyond to ensure they know why your child is sick or what brought  them in. I prefer kidmed over our normal pediatrician and my kids do too

The scheduling on line is simple & quick only takes a few minutes.We arrived and walked in for check in and young lady was quick to greet and get us checked in. We only were in waiting room less then 5 minutes. My grandson got to see.his favorite dr. She does a awesome job with him. He was happy to.know she was gonna.be taking care of him.The nurses was great also.they meet all of his.needs. Thanks for an excellent visit w my grandson
