I would not take my kids anywhere else but here. You can schedule an appointment online, you can do walk-in, guaranteed to be seen before closing, and you can wait with your child in your car until your appointment time. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Did a walk in with my grandson. The office staff/ check in staff were rude. Pointed to the QR code without an explanation, no greeting, no tissues or masks available. The technician and PA were great. Kid friendly voices, smiles, helpful. A world of difference once you got in the back. Also, have some kid toys that can be wiped down as well.

I can’t really describe well enough what today’s visit meant to me. The staff was wonderful! We had an urgent issue and they took us right back even though we were really early for our appointment. They addressed the issue very quick, ensuring the safety of our child. The staff was so kind and thoughtful and seemed to genuinely care about the heath and well being of our child. I am so so thankful. Sometimes it can take awhile to be seen and I understand normally but this made perfect sense today to me. I will make sure I remember how quick they saw us and helped us knowing that urgent urgent patients receive first priority care. I am so thankful. God bless the staff and this clinic. I am one thankful mama. Highly recommend.

Always ask for receipt when paying in cash. Provider went in and out, I felt rushed. The cost was not as expected for all the extras they charge.

My son was sick and needed attention on a Sunday when his primary care doctor was not available. I was able to easily walk in for an appointment at kidmed. The staff was polite, it was an easy check in process, and the bedside manner from the techs and provider was first class. I would definitely recommend this place for any parents that need their child seen. Best urgent care I have ever been to!

Had a great experience with the nurses and provider.  They made a quick decision to transport us to the hospital due to o2 levels not rising.  Always enjoy our experiences at kidmed.

KidMed was amazing. I was just a walk in with my child and after checking in we were taken back pretty quick. The front staff, nurses and the doctor were all friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at the pediatric urgent care. The staff was friendly, patient, and attentive, making my child feel comfortable from start to finish. The facility was clean, well-organized, and clearly designed with children in mind.  The nurse practitioner was outstanding! She was incredibly efficient, quickly assessing and addressing my child’s needs while ensuring we felt informed and reassured. Her knowledge was evident as she explained everything thoroughly, and her caring demeanor made my child feel at ease. We truly appreciated her professionalism and compassion throughout the visit. She’s a true asset to the clinic!
