Scheduled a 6:45 appointment. Left around 8:30. 3 walk in patients went back before my daughter. So, what is the point of scheduling an appointment.

As a walk in, was seen quickly. Nurse and doctor so caring and wonderful. Strep and flu test were gentle and fast (not my child’s favorite thing to do).

Went for the second time this week and today took wait too long for everything. Nurse that took my son’s vitals was not even engaging with us at all, she had the poker face at all times. We waited and waited until we couldn’t handle it anymore and left the room make some presence at the nurse station. I don’t understand why nobody told me to take a nap and just get old while my son was sick.

I got called to pick up my son from school and knew that I would need to get him seen  at Kid Med. While he was resting, I checked and there were no more online appointments available so I made one for the next day, but once he woke up, I called the office and the staff was so kind and said that currently the wait was not very long and if I felt like he couldn’t wait until the next day to please go ahead and bring him in. Everyone was super kind and very helpful.

The wait time in the lobby and in the room was an hour each. The triage nurse was not very personable and came off rude. When dealing with children I would expect more empathy from the nurse. The doctor was great. I have been here before and it was good service in the past, but this most recent visit was not the best.

The dr was clueless trying to sell things…and I had to wait for 2 hrs when I had a pre scheduled appointment.

The staff was caring and gave relief to our son who is battling suspected norovirus. They answered all of our questions and got him feeling better quickly. I appreciate having this clinic so close.

My son needed to be seen same-day, and I was able to book him an appt within the same hour. He didn't have to wait longer than 5min or so before being called back. The care was thorough, informative, and spot-on. Both the nurse and Dr had good bedside manner. I'll always choose KidMed over another urgent care for my kids!

The care was very efficient. From the front desk to the provider everyone was friendly, efficient and timely. Being a nurse myself, this is the only urgent care I bring my kids to.
