My son is autistic and terrified of going to the Dr. but the staff and provider made very accommodation to help him feel comfortable. Excellent overall experience and care.

Our little one has been fighting a virus and ear infections and has experience some side effects from the medications to combat them. The staff has been great in helping us through the whole process to continue care for her. We will highly recommend them to everyone.

3 hour wait for telehealth visit for pink eye and provider didn’t agree with pink eye diagnosis despite my son being exposed to bacterial pink eye on 2 different occasions in the last 5 days. I understand the lighting is not ideal on a phone but I could clear as day see a difference in eye color-one eye compared to the other as well as compare it to the pink eye my daughter had just had

Genuinely disappointed in my experience with Kids Urgent care. In addition to waiting well over an hour for a scheduled virtual appointment, when I was finally able to have my daughter seen, I catch the doctor saying “I’m not wasting my time with this” while my microphone didn’t initially work. When I stated I was not trying to waste anyone’s time I was told, “we have a lot of patients ma’am.” Completely disrespectful and flat out rude, no matter the culture. I have a 2yo with pink eye, a 4yo with the flu, and 6mo I’m trying to keep healthy. The only one who wasted their time today was me. The exception to this visit was the kind receptionist I spoke with over the phone. She was patient and helpful and understood I had been waiting and incredibly long time. When it was finally time to be seen by the doctor, she waited on the phone to make sure we were connected.

KIDS staff is always the best! When you have a sick kid, all you want is the best care for you child, your questions answered, and your little one to get better as fast as possible. Every time we leave KIDS, my kiddos are on the mend and I, as a parent, feel heard and comforted. The doctors bedside manner is top tier. You don’t just feel like you’re speaking to a medical professional but to another parent who gets what you are going through. We will always highly recommend KIDS and continue to be loyal patients.

Wait time was much quicker than a traditional urgent care and I didn't have to leave the comfort of our home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor put me at ease.

Had scheduled a virtual visit and then my appt got moved. But luckily they called earlier then the time expected so I could get my appt in much earlier which was so helpful. My son really needed some new medication and helped so much.

We have had great visits with three of our kids at different dates. Wonderful caring staff and excellent medical care! The doctor has helped make the visits comfortable and efficient!

First time patient and first time virtual visit. Staff was friendly and informative. The doctor Sounds very experienced and gave good follow-up advises. Overall It was great besides the app video chat feature. The screen keeps turning off during the call, unlike a face time or video meeting session. With a kid in your arms it's hard to keep activating the screen.
