KIDS Urgent Care is a certified urgent care center for children that is open daily from 9-9. We are a space themed clinic that your child will love. We treat newborns to 21 years of age and see acute issues, including stitches and laceration repair. We offer lab and X-ray on site as well as flu shots and sports physicals. It is staffed by friendly pediatric trained providers including board certified pediatricians, waiting to treat your little one. KIDS Urgent care was founded and run by a pediatrician mother who realized that parents needed options besides the emergency room to care for their child when they are sick.

This was a fantastic experience for a medical appointment. The doctor knew what was going on right away, answered all our questions, and gave us choices for treatment.

Dr Pablo and the nursing staff were great, and our toddler did much better with them than she usually does at the doctor

My daughter was brought in with a fever and one episode of throwing up.  I let the doctor know she had been exposed to strep from her younger sister and I had watched them share a drink while she was contagious. The doctor confirmed her throat was red.  Her strep test came back negative (after a horrible swab) and the doctor said she likely had norovirus. I asked if we could consider she still had strep throat and that it was not an accurate test result.  We have received a false negative result strep test from you previously and ended up at CDH with a 104+ fever while we waited for the 48 hour test to confirm it was in fact strep.  The doctor said “it is unlikely she has strep” and that it is a “a strange virus that most the time one sibling gets it and the other do not.”  That statement is not accurate at all.  She refused to consider the possibility of it being strep and continued to explain to me there are many cases of norovirus. I took her to our pediatrician and hour later where she tested positive for strep.  I was upset by how I was treated by Dr. Annana.  She spoke to me very condescendingly and quite frankly lacked common sense.  Upon leaving I asked for a call back from the manager and the doctor promised I would hear.  I have not received a call.

Dr. Walker is truly a wonderful doctor. She puts the kids (and parents) at such ease. She reminds me of a mom / grandma who is so caring and comforting. We will always come to kids urgent care when needed!!

Love this place and the staff.  It’s our first choice when the kids are not feeling ok.  Son hurt his toe and they were quick to get him in for X-rays (knowing they had to send them out). We got the results back quickly and they were so nurturing to him and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Always enjoy coming to this urgent care. It’s so easy to schedule and when I come in for my child’s appointment my wait time is less than 5 minutes. Their staff is so friendly I would highly recommend this place to any parent.

Son wrestles and had a skin irritation.  We got in Sunday morning for a skin check.  The dr was excellent.  We waited for a while, but most likely due to it being a Sunday and only one dr was in.  I recommend going here with your children first minor issues that require quick attention for sure.
