Doctor has zero knowledge of service.Didn’t prescribe anything to solve my son’s sickness. She say she can’t assess anything in video cal and want us to go there to check my son. What is the purpose of video cal visit then.

My son woke up with pink eye. I was able to book an appointment and within 15 minutes we were able to speak with a very kind doctor. Loved the service, the doctor was very kind, and appointment was quick and easy!

Telemedicine appointment was over 2hrs late!  Nice staff but wait time is not okay.

Booked an online visit for 7:15. It was 8pm and I was still waiting for someone to come on. I then get a text that they only are able to see COVID cases via video. Well, why did you waste my time and confirm with me?

This place is my number one care facility I prefer to go to for testing and care. The staff is friendly, patient and compassionate towards their patients. The facility is very clean and organized. The provider and staff has great bedside manners. Wait time and check-in process was quick and convenient. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a facility that truly cares for their patients and provides legendary customer service.
