I have been coming to this place for many years with my four children and the bedside manner from the doctors and staff was always great up until today. I have to say how disappointed I was. I made Telemed appointments for Covid testing for my husband and myself. We were scheduled for the appointment. About 30 minutes before the Telemed appointment , the doctor texted us asking what was the nature of the Covid test. Once we advised him , he told us just to come right in we did not have to have a Telemed and wait. The doctor advised us to let the front desk know this. We arrived there at 1:45om ( within 15 minutes of the doctor instructing us to come right in) and proceeded to let staff know that we had an appointment to come in for the Covid test. Staff advised us that lmy husband and I could not be seen because they were not testing adults. I advised him I had a Telemed with the doctor Flores who My replied to me via text message and told me just to come in and it was OK. I’m guessing he heard for she spoke to someone off to the side and next thing she said OK you could be seen but we have to set up the room for your husband and yourself and it would take a short while. I gave her my phone number to contact me when it was ready. After 30 minutes of waiting, and seeing other patients pulling up , parking , going in and leaving after arriving after me, I was a little concerned and I called up asking the status of our appointment for it was over 30 minutes waiting . An employee by the name of Wilson answered the phone; sadly he was not very pleasant but short tempered and very condescending. He advised me that they were not testing adults only children. Once again, I proceeded to explain to him the situation. He then told me that there was about four or five people ahead of me and I had to wait. I found this to be very frustrating for we had appointments and why would the doctor tell my husband and I to come right in only to have to wait??? The doctor should have communicated this with his staff. After a little over an hour, my husband and I finally go the call to. go inside only to have to wait an additional 15 minutes. I am in disbelief as to why they would have called us to come inside and subject us to the waiting area exposed to other people/children that may have the Covid virus when we could just have stayed in our vehicles Instead of exposing us. Clearly they were still not ready for us. Once they called us in the room, that same person employee Wilson, was the one who administered the Covid test. Now this is not the first one I’ve had a nasal swab and boy was this a joke. I already knew that my rapid result would come back negative for he barely swabbed either of my nostrils or my husbands. And to be honest, I’m even questioning if he did not tamper with the PCR test. Now I understand these are difficult times but they’re not just difficult times for the staff, they’re also difficult times for patients and for children and staff needs to be able to deal with patients under these circumstances . perhaps they need to be trained better . Their system clearly was not working today. The previous week, my husband brought three of our children there to get tested after the Tele med appointments. Staff on that day clearly knew what they were doing and it went very smooth. Right after the Telemed appointment , he drove them there and within 15 minutes , all three children were seen and left the facility. Not sure what happened with management today but clearly no one should have to be subjected to waiting when you go out of your way to make a Tele med appointment. I do hope that this changes in the very near future so no one else has to go through it.

Would not go back to this location unless Doctor Laddis was removed from there. Doctor laddis strong opinion on ciggarette smoke makes him discriminate against people smelling like ciggarettes. He cared more about lecturing me on ciggarette smoke then he did taking care of his patient. I explained I understood that the ciggarettes my roommate smokes aren't helping her cold. However it's not my home to tell this person to stop. I asked him to please get off the topic and get to my daughter and the doctor still proceeded on the ciggarette topic. When he did not stop, I had asked to see another doctor because I didn't like him and he told me I could leave. When I told him that was illegal he then brought in a nurse examined my child, but guess what he said after. You got it again with the ciggarettes. Diliberatly disreguarded my requested to be off the topic. I wouldn't go back to this place unless he was gone. He shouldn't be working with people when you discriminate. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Was seen at PM Pediatrics Urgent Care and was treated so much better and professional. The funny part about it when I had mentioned how I was treated they couldn't believe it here!! Goes to show where the respect and the non discrimination is!! Shame on Doctor Laddis. He shouldn't even be allowed to practice. Discrimination is against the law!!!

This is the happiest I’ve ever been with a medical facility. Onsite laboratory that provides test results in 15 minutes. They have meds onsite. I highly recommend Kinder.
