I visited Kouts to get a PCR Covid test on 12/29. After waiting in line for an hour to take my test, I was assured that I would receive results within 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called to check on my results. I was told at first that the computers were down, and then that the lab was backed up. Being understanding, I waited until late in the next day to call again. I was sent to a voicemail and left one. I called back 2 times that day and again was directed to a voicemail. It has now been a week since my test and no follow up has been made, and I still have not received the results of my test.
