I booked an appointment with LA mobile labs and I gave a specific address. The cab driver and I waited at that address for almost 2 hours. We called back and an operator said that they would get back to us as soon as they spoke to the mobile technician. They never called back. After 2 hours we gave up and used another provider. I then called back later to ask for a refund on the $50 that they charged me. He operator said that he would refund the money however, 28 Days later still waiting for the refund.
