I went for a COVID test which I got with next day results. I got an real examination by the very caring doctor who was very thorough and took a chest X-ray. He also treated my sinusitis. I thought it was a very positive experience, and only 5 minutes from my home in Kenmore. Thanks.

Have to say how disappointed I was. Have been to Evergreen hospital where I received only the best of care. Unfortunately the Urgent Care clinic experience was the opposite. Made an appointment. Came in on time only to have people moved in front of me on the visible screen waiting time list. Woman came in with a fever requesting a Covid test and no attempt was made to seat her away from others in the waiting area and no attempt was made to sanitize areas she touched at the check in desk. When I have been to the Evergreen Hospital, saw reasonable caution, sanitation and responsive treatment. Never made it to a doctor or nurse at the Urgent Care clinic. Felt more in jeopardy waiting endlessly seated directly across from someone with a fever asking to be tested for Covid. Will never, ever go back to this clinic. I rarely write anything but glowing reviews. There are times when I feel a responsibility to warn others.

I was told on Tuesday to come back today for wound care and this time I saw Dr. Sharma. He was wonderful. Very kind and gentle and shared lots of information about my problem. I can't say enough for the Kenmore Urgent Care department and the people that work there. If you can't get it to see your regular doctor when you need to, don't hesitate to us this option.
