Horrible online system, the website will send you to the wrong address on Quakerbridge Road in Lawrenceville, NJ...even though it says online it's the right address. You will end up at a restaurant. They said they know, but apparently no one is FIXING the situation. Also, you cannot get ahold of ANYONE on the phone in case you are lost. My technician did a great job at drawing my blood painlessly, but she was extremely rude and self-rightous about how I should not warn technicians I'm a 'tough stick' because it will scare them before they draw my blood. She went on for 10 minutes lecturing me about it, even after I said repeatedly OK, and she kept talking over me. Finally I cut her off, disagreed with her, asked if I was done, and left shaking. I will pass out if they go digging around inside for my slippery veins. Getting my blood taken makes me EXTREMELY nervous. The attitude of my technician and lack of any customer support as well at the carelessness of helping people FIND the location for their TIMELY appointment will keep me from EVER returning to that specific Labcorp location. The other one in Lawrenceville on Princeton Pike is 10000000000% better!
